App has excellent functionality
The App has excellent functionality to capture all your financial information, regardless if itâs held directly with Mercer. I use the app frequently to track pension and other product performance. It has suffered from some connection availability issues, however this isnât in Mercerâs direct control. Any issues have been responded to very efficiently by their Customer Success team (big thanks to Stephen). Would certainly recommend.

Far too slow in releasing MY AVC savings 5 or 20 days standard turnaround for every action you need to take and it seems to take exactly the specified time every time. Very dissatisfied with your ability to respond. I expect you to be proactively managing Scottish widows on my behalf not just issuing an apology - job done
