Like the speed of delivery but not crazy about the email I received after I placed the order basically telling me that if I really want the order to get here I damaged or not ruined by “weather”, I will need to spend more on shipping.

You copied my address incorrectly and then I had to pay $27 to change the delivery address.

Easy transaction and product was packaged very well.

I was very satisfied with the response for shipping and the communication that I received throughout my transaction with this group. I will continue to buy from them.

No notice was given extra shipping costs would be applied at the time of the order. My first order was exactly the same as the second one. 75 dollars to ship 3 bottles, almost double the original cost of shipping from the first order is a hard pill to swallow. 25 dollars a bottle is excessive. I know how much it costs to ship to Alaska. I will rethink future orders as the shipping was accepted and then I am told days later you need more for shipping. 5 dollar away from double the original shipping cost. Not a fun message to receive and being held hostage is not a comfortable feeling.

All communication was clear and accurate. Tracking the shipment was easy from your UPS tracking number and the wine arrived in perfect condition on time.

Merchant of Wine is my go to for unique and reasonable wines. Don't worry they have all the high end wine also.

We had a great time at a wine tasting event. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, loved the range of selection, the stories about the wine. The favorite was being together and trying chocolate, cheese and wine we all would probably not be exposed to or try or would think to buy. Side by side comparisons of expensive and not so expensive was really cool.

We ordered wine from the event, and it was nice to relish the fun and reflect on what we liked. My mom became a blue cheese lover, finally!

these folk give good recommendations from a variety of producing countries...take care with shipping considerations....and offer fair pricing.
