I had an order placed and when not…

I had an order placed and when not hearing from the UPS store or Premiere Champagne, I contacted UPS. They told me the package was at the store. I went there and was told it was not. It had been sent back. I contacted Premiere Champagne and they said I would have to pay double the shipping. So, terrible communications them trying to tell me I had been informed when I was not and and hiking up the shipping leads to one star, can't go lower.

The product was delivered to the customer. They returned it to sender and then demanded full refunds for all the shipping costs they incurred. We are not Amazon and we do not unfortunately absorb all costs of shipping. The customer also provided an email address for correspondence that did not work. A thoroughly unpleasant person to deal with throughout.

A very positive experience.

The web site is very well designed, and the business responded within a day to some emailed questions. We like half bottles and were attracted by the big selection. Since I'm in the region, I was able to pick up my order in person and save shipping costs. A very positive experience.
