Chases is one of the best small business accounts we have had! It lacks nothing in features except online check ordering which is trivial compared to the fact it offers for you to take credit and debit payments directly into your account for the same fees clover and square charge. You have access to help with loans even SBA and Business planning. When I say it lacks nothing I mean it! Thank you Chase for the best banking experience a business could ask for!

My son just sold his car and transferred the money to the bank card Chase. Then when he tried transferring the money he had to ring Chase and they said £800 is a big amount where did he get it from blah blah blah With a little bit time on the phone. He still had no luck then he went on his online and had a look at £800 in the bank. Took his shock This 500 missing please. Please listen get away from this bank it needs closing down. Please do not use Chase. Please chase it away. I want to swear I want to scream chase is nothing but scammers please be aware

We use Chase Payment Link for most of our invoices which allows our customer to pay by credit card without coming to the office and accounting is effective.

Pending dispute has taken over 25 days and no resolution. This would never happen with other conventional retail banks.
I am absolutely disgusted with with their customer service not know when payment is reversed and appears in my bank following day. I hope the FSA GET INVOLVED AND FIX THESE GUYS OR FINE THEM!!

Chase Merchant Services (Paymentech) -- Orbital Virtual Terminal is reasonably priced, easily accessed from any location, and easy to use. Funds go directly into my business checking account.

This company does everything well. Would never change to a different service.

So far everything is working well. The only problem that I don't understand is my customers are unable to use the pin feature. We need to run it as credit.

I’m having a chargeback that was already reversed by the customer, chase closed my account after the chargeback was already reversed, and they are keeping my funds now for 120 days.

since I have the service non 08/2016 everything whit the credit or debit machine has been excellent no complaint about if for some reason I have to talk whit a representant they are so nice, know they work and give me a very good service thanks for have people like them
