Fantastic and generous service from family run business
Recently received fantastic service from Karim over a couple of months when buying two rings and a watch. I initially went in to enquire about rings in early March and Karim kindly showed me what they had and went through a lot of considerations, he added me to his what’s app service and I was able to book an appointment for my husband and I to attend the shop. In April we attended our meeting and it was a great appointment. Karim sat with us and shared his knowledge of each product and gave us a lot of his time helping us choose two rings that was exactly what we wanted for an eternity ring and a replacement wedding ring. Karim also advised on watch ranges for my husband and being able to sit and try on various styles was incredibly helpful. A month later we collected our rings and I tried mine on against my current rings and the difference in shine meant they needed a good clean. Karim mentioned he was about to take some items for cleaning he could take mine too, 2 days later they were back. I was incredibly impressed with the look and feel of them but also how quick the service was.
Overall nothing was too much for Karim and he was generous with his time and explained everything we wanted to know. I have since recommended this jewellers to friends and will continue to do so.

A 5 star jewellers
We met Karim at a Wedding fayre at The Crow's Nest and immediately knew we needed to visit to look for our wedding rings. There was no pushing to book and go or buy rings but Karim shared his knowledge and gave a very friendly and welcomibg vibe.
We booked to visit Merchant jewellers quite soon after and made this the first jewellers we viewed.
Almost straight away we knew this was where our wedding rings would be from. There was no pressure to go for anything more costly, we presumed a made to measure would be needed to sit against my engagement ring and be more expensive but we were able to view shaped rings that worked also.
The whole experience was great. We felt very relaxed, welcone and excited during our appointment and both chose our rings at the first visit.
We are very excited for the rings to arrive and would recommend Merchant Jewellers to anyone

Meeting you at The Crow's Nest wedding fayre and then welcoming you to the shop felt so special, and we're delighted that the friendly, no-pressure vibe made such a difference. It means everything to hear how relaxed, welcome, and excited you both felt during your appointment, and that you were able to find perfectly shaped rings that work beautifully with your engagement ring—without any need for made-to-measure or extra cost. Choosing your wedding rings on the very first visit is such a magical moment, and we're honoured to be part of it.
We can't wait for your rings to arrive and for you to see them sparkle on your big day (and every day after!). Thank you for trusting Merchants Jewelers with something so meaningful, and for your wonderful recommendation—it truly warms our whole family's heart.
