Brooklyn helped me to order an out of stock bag by keeping great communication with me and letting me know that they had a cancelled order with that bag the day after I inquired about the item. Their compassion and willingness to tell me that they had one the next day shows how much Brooklyn understands and cares about the fans. Thank you so much!

I found myself very confused and frustrated with my order. I had not received any emails regarding my purchase of Real Friend's new album "Torn In Two". Brooklyn responded very quickly to my email. She gave me all the information I was looking for and explained to me what had happened clearly and respectfully. Looking forward to that package in the mail soon. Brooklyn saved the day.

The most important thing first: huge thank you to Brooklyn from the customer service! I had an issue with a parcel and she provided absolutely awesome support. Answers to e-mails came in basically directly after sending them off and she was very dedicated to helping me out - and she did! MerchNow is great, really. And Brooklyn, if you're reading this, you rock! And if somebody else is checking this site, better let her know!

Had a question about Eidola pressings and was lucky enough to reach Brooklyn at your customer service center. Great experience. They were trully helpful! Deserve a raise!

I was nervous about ordering somewhat pricey vinyl records through MerchNow after reading negative reviews. I have now ordered twice with no problems at all. The last order was shipped in less that 24 hours and I received it 3 days after I ordered. Both orders arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely not hesitate to order again!

Firstly, I am going to start this off with a big thank you again to Brooklyn. The service and kindness I got from her regarding my FATA album that was damaged during the shipping process was 10/10, 5 stars, just absolutely fantastic. She had instant responses to my email(s) and held a great conversation with regarding the issue at hand and then some. I am very thankful she was able to help me out and take care of my needs with this.

Secondly, just want to say the shipping turn around time MerchNow has is fantastic. I got my preordered record within the week and beyond it having some damage from the postal service, I am blown away by the great work ethic and service they have provided.

Pre-ordered a new album from them, the album was delayed by the vinyl manufacturer and although I’m sad I won’t receive it on release day, MerchNow kept me updated on what was going on. Thank you for being so helpful!

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about Merchnow and I was a little worried ordering from there but I decide to order a long sleeve shirt on May 10th 2021 and it has been delivered to me today. It took 5 days to get from America to Wales which is impressive. I had no problems with Merchnow and the long sleeve was in great quality and the right size. I would order from here again.

I love, love my Tabitha T-Shirt. I love Tabitha in any form. I ordered my shirt and the quality is outstanding. Color is gorgeous. Shipping was super fast. It was delivered before noon on the 5th day. I will be ordering again. Great Job, Y'all 😃😃😃

I’ve been purchasing from Merch Now for a few months now and am consistently impressed with a multitude of things with my experience: the quality of the shirts is always remarkable, the shipping time is impeccable, and when I needed to speak to customer service for a simple issue, they went above and beyond to assist me. I am grateful for their kindness and support. Overall, such a great experience shopping here. :-)

The team was extremely professional and the package I received was better than expected. I always order from MerchNow and I highly recommend them.

The worst. Always mess up orders, especially forgetting items, other times damaging products. Overcharge for merch and for shipping, then delay shipping and lie about how long shipping takes - even when taking into account covid postal delays. Seriously, I've had things take 2 months when they said it would take a week, pre-covid and during. Rude customer service that doesn't do anything to make you happy when they totally mess up your order. Unprofessional and irresponsible, they do not care at all about customer satisfaction. I've been buying merch from them for maybe 8 years and I've had way more bad than good experiences. I wish bands would use other merch sites so I could stop giving them money and business.

Great quality products! I’ve never ordered from this company before but I was very pleased with the quality of the items that I purchased for my daughter’s birthday (a beanie and a few shirts). Will shop again.
