I had the pleasure of working with Brooklyn regarding my recent preorder. I wanted to switch to a different variant of my LP and she made the process quick, efficient, and really easy! Definitely recommend MerchNOW for all your vinyl purchases.

I had to do a return because the shirt that I purchased ran smaller than I anticipated.

I wasn’t looking forward to having to go back and forth with customer service but it actually ended up being a very pleasant experience! Kaylie was very kind and helped me resolve the issue. Her positive attitude was very refreshing and she provided excellent customer service!!

Pre and post holidays, I’ve ordered from a lot of online stores, especially with music/band merch. Not only was the print vibrant and VERY well done (front AND back design), the shipping process outdid the usps shipping arrival time with arriving a day early...that almost NEVER happens. So yes, with the initial product, the picture of the shirt I ordered was actually outdone itself when it arrived AND I couldn’t just NOT mention how quickly it was done and sent out/overall arrival, ESPECIALLY with the given circumstances with it being post holiday season which naturally brings a much larger demand and sales, along with the obvious covid which has been a hinderance on time as well. So overall, EASILY a 5/5 stars.

Great customer service. USPS "damaged" my shipping label so the package got lost in transit. Forwarded my USPS email to the MerchNow team and they shipped a new one right away at no extra cost (since it was USPS's fault). I've purchased a handful of vinyl's and always had solid customer service. Thanks Brooklyn!

Have ordered a number of items from them and have been very pleased. Customer service has been upfront and forthright with communication regarding shipping delays. Will definitely do business with again.

I never received my item. I ordered a vinyl in late October (2020), and, after a few weeks went past, emailed the support team to enquire about the status of the order.

To their credit, the support team were super responsive. It sounded like they had big trouble with their suppliers; ultimately, it emerged that MerchNOW had been waiting on this vinyl from _their_ supplier for almost a year!

It was at this point that I requested my order be cancelled. I'm really surprised that they were still offering this item for sale, when they'd obviously been having such problems with their supplier. And I wish that this had been made clearer, earlier on in the process.

Ordered a bunch of items for the holidays, they shipped pretty quickly given the current state of the world. There was a great selection of items and when I had to email customer service they answered me in a timely manner and were polite. I would recommend this site to others.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I paid extra to ensure my package would arrive before the holidays and they firstly didnt send my package priority (which i paid extra for) they didnt even send it out until the 16th. When i reach out too them for answers they either dont respond at all or they tell me its no longer their concern because they fulfilled their end and i cant get a refund. This whole experience has been absolutely terrible and NOBODY at that company has attempted to make things right. I will NEVER give them my money again.

Had an issue with shipping while placing the order. (Something on their tech end was glitching). Brooklyn kept me updated through the whole debacle and let me know the minute it was fixed and I was able to place my order. She also used her magic to get my order shipped that same day. Everything showed up well on time and in perfect condition. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. Thank you all so much! Especially Brooklyn.

Kaylie was incredible! We ordered an album which was damaged during shipping. She promptly replied to my emails, requested some additional documentation & sent a replacement. We highly suggest MerchNow & wish that all customer service experiences were similar to this. Great job Kaylie! Thank you for going above & beyond.

Had a pre-order set to an old address on accident and customer service remedied and changed my order to my new address almost instantly! Super responsive team! A++

By far my favorite clothing brad, I dont want to see it in tmsome Walmart or spencers. maybe get some where houses around and well out of those!! but the clothes especially the goodies at comfy and never lose their color if washed inside out. always soft and perfectly warm!! Love it and will always endorse it down peoples throats and tk everybody till they say back off lol
PLUS THAT SHxT IS AN EYE TURNER, GOT AN ALIEN DOING ACID THING I CARE WHAT YA THINK, FxCK YEE!! LOL

Brooklyn was efficient and super quick to resolve my issue, and I’m very happy about it. She is a valuable asset to MerchNow and they should be glad to have her!

I've been ordering from MerchNow for 6 years, and I've never really had a problem with them. Sometimes their products can be cheap (they are marked lower in price) but all in all fast shipping and the products come as described.

I bought a T-shirt from Merch now in October. I’ve never had a softer shirt in my life! The shipping was super fast as well. During covid you never know what to expect. Customer for life.

Ordered one tee back at the beginning of May, just received a partial refund because it was returned to sender. Contacted them and was told they wont refund the shipping portion to me because it wasn't an error on their end. Checked the tracking link that was sent on the day it was shipped, 4th June, there was nothing until the 19th to the 23rd October where it says it has been delivered. To ALBANY NY! That's over 3,000 miles away.

MerchNow has amazing customer service. Ordered a vinyl, came in damaged, so I reached out. They responded right away (a few minutes later, actually) and told me that Route would be able to help me out. They actually weren’t able to help me, so I reached out to MerchNow again, and then my girl Brooklyn hooked it up with a replacement. Very helpful, responded promptly, and was polite the whole way through. Thanks, MerchNow!

Nothing but a big scam
Placed an order way too long ago, they draw your money and just leave it there. Don't expect to get your order if you choose the buy from this amateur store. And they have no functioning customer service.

Ordered shirt from MerchNow. Normally don't order frlm sites like this, but very happy with quality and shipping. Will order again.
