I absolutely love my Holly dinner candles. So different and very pretty. I had a slight issue with one of the candles arriving slightly damaged which was very quickly resolved with a replacement set sent out. Great service indeed.Thanks Meri Meri!

We love Meri Meri and have several costumes over the years, as well as their beautiful decorations - candles and cake toppers, party accessories. The customer service is fantastic, we recently had a problem with an order which was put right immediately. The brand really prides itself on quality and it shows through and through.

Scam, you subscribe to get 15% discount but you never receive discount but spam emails.

Easy to order. Items arrived quickly. Beautifully packaged. I bought children’s Christmas crackers and am very pleased with them. First time I’ve ordered. Will definitely order again

On September 4th, I received an email from Kaylee, where she forwarded our message to your Distributing Manager to respond as soon as possible, as she was attending the Maison Objet fair and would take a bit longer to reply. The product was not what I expected. When asking for a refund they made me pay 26€ of shipping costs, which I thought they would asume (the product’s price was 28€). They never paid for the costs so I absolutely lost my money and my time.

Pastel bamboo bowls and serviettes arrived the following day. In use for a finger food reception in church after a service. Perfect.

After your response, may I add that when I placed the order in the first place - the order was delayed by you and I had to chase and chase - then I was told the fhad been cancelled- and I had a birthday party the very next day!
Which you then shipped the goods- which OBVIOUSLYwould not be needed if the party was finished.

Then I sent the goods that weren’t needed BACK TO YOU- and then again there was a HUGE Delay in my refund- once I again I had to chase.

The 20% discount is futile as I can not trust your shop to order in the future.

Received my order today and I am so excited to start decorating for my daughter's second birthday! The kitty themed party supplies are even cuter in person and I know she will love them as she's a big cat lover! The garland will probably end up being hung up in her bedroom after her party is over. Shipping was quick which is great as I was short on time and I was able to use my loyalty points to get a little discount which always helps!

Everything I ever order from Meri Meri is so much less enticing than it looks online. I bought some items in their recent sale, the website's photos make items look bright and cheerful, yet the cupcake kit I ordered was very dreary. Website suggested crackers were two for the price of one - I only got one packet. One item was missing - the one I most wanted - then I discover an email the same day of delivery telling me it was out of stock. The order was sent to the wrong a/d, so as soon as I spotted the error (minutes after placing the order) I emailed to ask for it to be corrected. I received confirmation it would be sent to the correct a/d, but it wasn't, meaning I had to drive a round trip of 1 1/2 hours to collect it. The company has a culture of unhelpfulness, and I won't order from them again, despite having kept the faith for 2 or more years. Hugely disappointing'

Candle arrived snapped and all they are offering is partial refund. Terrible customer service. Last time I buy there

I bought special birthday card for £6 for a granddaughter - a roundabout with horses - very tacky and worst of all it does not fit into the given envelope

I do not know when I bought it but opened it to send today
