Working with Marrisha has been a truly transformative experience. As a Black woman navigating senior leadership and striving to break through the glass ceiling, I often find myself carrying the weight of multiple identities, both visible and invisible. Marrisha’s approach to coaching was uniquely powerful because she recognised and validated the intersectional challenges I face, not just as a professional, but as a whole person.
Our sessions went far beyond surface-level career advice. She encouraged me to reflect deeply on my experiences, skills, and knowledge, not just from work, but from my lived reality. In doing so, I gained clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of grounding in who I am and what I bring to the table.

I had a discovery session with Merrisha in January. In those 30' I connected with her in an amazing way. Even though is a free session she gave so much value and I was able to make small changes after we spoke. Then I have had 4 sessions with Merrisha in the space of 4 months and my life has completely change. I went to her confused, self doubting and with out knowing what my life purpose was. Today thanks to her encouragement I am bolder, happier and decided to start my own business. I cant thanks her enough for walking this journey with me. She is great, her empathy and understanding makes it easier to open up.I will advice anyone to at least try the free session. You will not regret.

Doing coaching with Merrisha has been been a transformative journey. I was feeling apprehensive at the beginning as so much change had happened in my life at one - but soon found the sessions a grounding and safe space to bring my hopes and fears all in one. She helped to break down my vision in easy steps whilst also challenging anxieties and shifting my mindset.
