Easy to follow instructions

I ordered a 3 lb. silver toning ball. I already had an older version of this ball (green) purchased at a big box retail venue, The older version is a tightly wrapped vinyl ball, really great to hold and use - the newer version has a loosely wrapped skin with lots of "air" between the sand and the vinyl skin. The new ball is larger, harder to hold (6 foot male, 7 3/4 in hand), and not as comfortable to work with because the sand shifts within the skin and the ball squishes when held. I would not order this product again.

Just what I expected my reformer v2max just perfect.

I am a full certified Stott Pilates instructor in Strasbourg/France. I already bought a V2 Max reformer with tower and many equipments years ago. That time it was great, it was a distributer in France. Now it is not the same company who is in charge...

I wanted to buy few small equipments due to black friyday promotion. That was almost a month ago! For 6 items how can it be that difficult to inform me regarding my questions/preparing a clear order/having no mistakes at the order....etc. It took me at least 3 mailing to ask them to DELETE MY OLD HOME ADDRESS! On Monday they said, items are shipped...on the order BILLING ADRESS was a JOKE! Mixture of my old and new address. Even though I asked them to delete it because it was not valid.

I also told them that they took toooo much time and now for shipping please make sure they arrive before the 24 December because I will be out of country. Or please ship them in January. No comment on this, I just received an email saying that they are on the way.
Let's crossed the fingers they arrive on time otherwise I will get crazy.

Whether they don't care about selling small items...or they are really not professional. If they sell a reformer may be it would be different I don't know. I am sorry to say that but you can read the whole e-mailing and make your own comments at the end.

I didn't tell them anything for the moment because I don't want to create tension but if I would like to order something else, I will buy it from other places I know (selling Merrithew equipment).

I also wanted to ass an update: Last night I received an email saying: you will get your delivery tomorrow between 9am - 6pm. So I planned my day to be at home. At 13.00 I got an email from the delivery company saying that: you choose a new delivery address and for that reason your delivery will be next day. What did they gave as an address? Guess? The MIXTURE OF MY OLD AND NEW ADDRESS!!! That is really insane. At the end I forwarded the email to responsible person saying that it is urgent. Till now no reply. Take my delivery under guarantee I called the delivery company to explain and beg to change the address or deliver to a "pick up place" because I can not at home tomorrow. Hopefully with all these efforts I will receive 6 items tomorrow.

I have not heard back from you at all so you get a one star. Why in the world would you send me something to review when I have not received my kettlebell or heard from you about the fact that I’ve not received it??

I have not heard anything about the arrival of the kettlebell or any tracking number.

I prefer quality pilates equipments and accessories and Merrithew is truly the best. I had a little issue with my delivery but the sales and customer support team managed to solve the problem. Communication was excellent and they went beyond my expectations. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!!

Merrithew Review

I own a Pilates Rehab Reformer that I purchased from Merrithew.
Ever since I have owned this Reformer I have had difficulty moving the Mat Converter on and off the Reformer. I always had to have someone help me. I don’t have anyone now who can help me.
Last January, I decided that I would need to learn how to do it myself. In this attempt, I hurt my back and it took at least 3 months for it to get better.
I had called Customer Service this summer to ask if a lighter Mat Converter was available. It does not make sense to me that someone who is rehabbing would be expected to lift the Converter which it turns out weighs 33 pounds. The person from Customer Service said they would pass this information on but I have not heard anything back.
So the result is that I can’t use the Pilates for exercises that I need to be doing for Physical Therapy.
This is extremely disappointing as I need to be able to do this to complete my rehab.

I had the pleasure of working with Akash Patel (Sales Manager for Eastern USA) when I ordered my SPX Max Reformer bundle with Vertical Frame. He made it so easy and smooth. I have taken reformer classes at the local Y for approximately 14 years. I love the reformer!!! I already recommended him to a fellow classmate who plans to order her own. Even though it took a long time for my Ladder Barrel to arrive (I was warned that it would take awhile), I am absolutely in love with it. As with all Merrithew equipment it is well made and of excellent quality.
