Need a replacement part and Iâm not getting any assistance
I have called and emailed in regards to my tensegrity model, and one of the bands that has been clipped and is not up to par to be put on this model because it will eventually break. So I havenât heard anything back. I got one phone call and I returned the phone call, and then I havenât gotten any information back. I would expect that there is a replacement for this band as soon as possible because otherwise Iâm going to return it this is not adequate customer service.

wrong ropes ð
I was pleased that the new ropes i ordered were shipped in a timely manner. They were delivered in just a few days. However, I ordered traditional ropes and instead got the retractable kind. Which meant I had to cut them to size and burn the ends to stop them from fraying. Not a huge deal, just irritating because of the time it took. Not a job I could delegate to an employee. Plus I burnt my finger! booo

Great product , my wife used this Reformer at a local gym and she liked it a lot but had an issue getting to the gym so I figured Iâd just buy her one and set up a little gym at home. She loves it . Itâs a good solid machine .
