Admin support needs work
Teaching quality and content was superb. Admin side of process was not good. They admin support updated my name and address incorrectly two times. I have yet to receive a correct third version.

Replacement Parts
I love my Merrithew reformer but I was surprised at the cost of replacement parts. I do not need the roller replacements yet, but when you offered free shipping it felt like the time to purchase. Your shipping department needs to find a way to let customers know the status of their order, I was getting ready to call to make sure my order wasn’t lost when it came.

The quality of the light green…
The quality of the light green stability cushions was a pleasant surprise. They are made with thick material and are very grippy. They each came with a pump and needle; no blowing into a valve and trying to close it quickly. They shipped quickly too.

I am wanting to attend an in-class CEC workshop for V2 Max Professional reformer. It's been hard to get thorough in-person training on this versatile piece of equipment. I've owned mine for a while in my Pilates' studio & don't use it enough. I'd like to finish my Re-Hab specialty track. Also, like to know more about the sale of Merrithew. Thank you
