Metabolic mentoring university has absolutely been worth the investment for me. It has been a game changer for hundreds of Client results! What’s really nice as well they have live case studies so you can bring that case to the dietitian and they’re able to help you walk you through it as you learn.

MMU is a huge center of usable resources, videos, communities, and incredible in-depth courses that truly prepare you for working with functional cases and all sorts of clients. My success as a coach drastically increased with every course I've taken from MMU. There's education on hormone imbalances, peptides, weight loss resistance, training, gut work, and the list goes on. I can't recommend any other education service over MMU when it comes to functional health.

I cannot say enough good things about MMU. I completed all 3 levels plus add ons like Dutch tests, metabolic resistance, hybrid training, autoimmune, and more!
The quality of education and level of thinking it teaches you to do is light years ahead of what I learned in my premed courses. The education alone is top tier and then the case studies! You can attend case studies daily. A lecture can only teach you so much, real people, real cases, real situations provide intangible value. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

MMU has been the most informative certification course I've ever taken. The program goes in depth to protocols, supplements, and nutrition. I enrolled in all 3 levels so I will learn diagnostic testing and be able to read my own labs and my clients which is a big part when guiding the path to healing. With MMU you also have the option for a monthly fee after completing Level 1 to bring case studies to their experts so you're never alone when working with clients on your own. I'm still learning but it's all been worth it.

Metabolic Mentor has been such a great experience! The program is easy to follow, really informative, and taught by people who clearly know their stuff. I feel like I’ve gained so much practical knowledge in nutrition, metabolic health, and holistic wellness that I can actually use to help others.
