Metaleks レビュー

Tengo que darles 5 estrellas se lo merecen yo pedí dos fotos de mis niñas y realmente quedaron hermosas la calidad el brillo me encanto y el servicio realmente no esperaba que todo fuera tan bueno

First off do not send payment until you proof the photo that they are using. Sent a Picture of my wedding reception to have printed and they added a full arm tattoo on my wife's arm. After their Horrible customer service that only texts or emails you, they then blamed the AI computer for altering the picture. Their solution, order again at a discounted price! Thats ridiculous the tattoo doesn't exist, they put it on the picture. Never would order again.

I really like working with this company they have really good service and materials are amazing!!!

I am completely in love with my new metal prints from Metaleks! The print quality is incredibly sharp, the colors are beautifully vibrant, and they look stunning on my wall. The magnetic mounting system made installation so quick, easy, and completely drill-free. Customer service was also super helpful throughout the process. I will definitely be ordering more soon to fill up the rest of my room!

Más que agradecida con todo desde el
Primer día el customer service increíble . Y los cuadro más que enamorada con la
Calidad . Es de por vida el
Material .

I'm a first time buyer, & lets just say it want be my last. I had 2 photos of me & my Grammy made on metal & they came out sooooo beautiful. Everyone that I showed loved them & the order didn't take long arriving at all so that was a plus for...

Impresión de primera calidad y llegan siempre muy bien, volveré a comprar

Placed my first order using an old photo. I used their AI tools to enhance the image and had it printed on the metal. It came out great! The customer service was excellent and the shipping provided real time tracking. The metal artwork was package very well too.

I’ve bought this two months ago and still nothing. They reply to me but nothing that helps, they simply do nothing. I spent over US$350 and ordered in September. It was supposed to take between 10-14 business days but it never arrived and they keep making excuses, so be very careful with this company. They just tell me to contact DPD in Germany, which is where the order is supposedly been for over a month. Meanwhile, they do nothing. Very sad.

I've never ordered anything from them, but I was an artist on the platform. And TL; DR: They don't respect artists enough to pay them.

The Metalek's downfall began when they either fired or the person who was managing artist left them. After that I never got paid from them and emailing them either got you ghosted or shitty attempts to keep you on.

After reading reviews of them scamming their customers I realized they are scamming everyone.

Now they are trying to rebrand to something else and trying to recruit me back but I'd advice everyone to stay away from them, customers and artists.

Me han encantando! Todos los cuadros que he pedido son increíbles , y la atención que te dan es maravillosa , estoy muy contenta y seguro que volveré a pedir en más ocasiones 😍😍

Excellent high quality prints. Highly recommend. Only con is shipping time, BUT I would rather wait for a high quality print than rush one. The variety of magnet options to hang helps a lot since magnets can be finicky.

The Metalek Pictures are INSANE!
good shipping and an amazing product

This company gives exactly as you ask of them. They don't do anything poorly, and as long as you take the time to read the process and understand how everything works, then you'll find that Metaleks does their best for what you pay. And even if someone thing doesn't turn out well, they listen to feedback and acknowledge it, making an effort to improve. I have yet to be disappointed with the product themselves, and I don't see that happening any time soon.

They noticed a small issue in my design and proactively contacted me to fix it before printing. The final result was flawless. Highly recommend for custom artwork

Love my new pictures. Great quality and best of all, its magnetic!

I’ve used them multiple times every time the quality is amazing, the process is smooth, and I keep coming back.

Incredible quality, top of the line art work, and very durable. Very pleased with my purchases

I love this company, my orders always look amazing and it’s an easy process if there’s any type of issue with the order.

The designs they have are amazing i got 5 posters as holidays gifts and everyone i got one for loved them. The shipping does take a while, but thats understandable since they are shipped from overseas. I quite loved them, and im looking forward to getting some more!!
