I had such a wonderful experience with this bus company from start to finish. Customer support with Dave was excellent - he was friendly, helpful, and made the booking process so easy. Our driver, Winson, was incredibly kind, timely, and flexible, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The bus itself was spotless, spacious, and had big, comfortable seats that made the ride very enjoyable. Their prices are also some of the best I’ve found. I highly recommend booking with them - you won’t be disappointed!

I worked with this company to arrange transportation for a corporate outing. At first all seemed well. We got the quote, paid in full and confirmed that we were booked and had "confirmation" that we were in the books. I emailed the rep. the week prior to the outing to make sure that everything was still confirmed and that we would not need to do anything else before they picked us up. I got another "confirmation" and "I'll send you the driver details the day before". I never received the driver details to I tried to email the rep the day of the trip to get the information. No response. I called. No response. I called the main line and no matter what option I selected it went to voicemail. I finally resorted to the after-hours number even though it was almost 10:00am. Finally a representative picked up. She was helpful in finding the confirmation for our payment but in that also found that no bus was scheduled to pick up. It was our pickup time, and no one was on the way.
I got transferred to dispatch and their response was "I don't know why I don't see you on the schedule". All of the people in our group had to get last minute Ubers for a trip that was over an hour.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay the extra amount to go with another one.

3 days before my wedding, a different shuttle company canceled our reserved trip. I called metropolitan shuttle, and they were extremely helped, immediately providing quotes and information on a replacement. All questions were answered promptly, and they were able to save my wife's and I special day.I would be recommending metropolitan shuttle to anyone who asks going forward. Shout out to Alusaine, our contact representative for his incredible help, including updating details of the trip day of, over a weekend.

Our bus driver was fantastic.

Jamie Arthurs was very helpful and diligent in finding a bus for us. He was unable to locate a school bus but was very helpful in replacing the request with a coach bus. We were happy with the results. The driver came an hour early and was very polite.

First, Norbert was kind and quick to respond to any of my questions prior to the event. On the day of he gave me the number and name to the driver who would be picking us up. After the event had ended Sunny, our driver, was kind and patient with us. A few people, myself included, was running behind and forgot somethings and he waited on all of us to get out things before he took off. We really enjoyed the whole experience and my family was so grateful for this service that we provided.

Great to deal with in the lead up to the event. Answered all my questions thouroughly and was easy to book. Bus showed up on time and was always there waiting for our group at the right time after each stop. Very professional and also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!

We used them in October, November 2023 and January 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They outsource or contract local buses in Albuquerque. October and November no issues but in January there was no notification that our driver was going to be late. The driver was not there as promised, contracted and paid for in full, with a mandatory gratuity. Metropolitan Shuttle office in MD has personal cell phones and emails. Local drivers are also given personal cell phone of the person who is the contact for the event that hired the bus. Our event was very time specific and when calling their base office trying to confirm if our bus was going to show we got nowhere with dispatch and the emergency line. They showed up 30 minutes late. After our event I contacted the main office explaining we had to pay extra to the facility that we were renting due to the delay of the bus driver, and I asked how they were going to address this for us. Nothing. I kept following up since we had to pay extra for their delay. After several emails I requested to receive a refund of the mandatory gratuity I never ever got a response from them. To this date May 6, 2024, they have never responded back, huge disappointment in their customer service and resolving issues. I would not have used them again but we had paid in full our bus service with them in February 2024 already so I could not look elsewhere.

Our driver, Chris, was fantastic. The shuttle arrived on time and even though we were a little behind schedule, Chris was very understanding. The bus was very nice and comfortable. The entire tour was a success.

Alusaine was fantastic. I had called several other transportation companies, and they were either booked or did not want to provide transportation based on our confidential situation. Alusaine didn’t hesitate to work with me and provide the Transporation needed. He stayed in contact and made sure we had what we needed.
