We booked this charter company for a multi-stop art tour from Boston to Camden and back, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.
The booking process was smooth and stress-free — the company was responsive throughout, answering all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The bus itself was clean and comfortable, which made the long journey much more enjoyable.
Our driver was outstanding. He was punctual every single time, always arriving ahead of schedule, and clearly knew the routes well. He parked safely and drove with care throughout the entire trip. We had a complicated itinerary with multiple pick-ups and drop-offs, sometimes at locations different from the original stops, and he handled every change without any issues. On top of that, he was very friendly and helped with our luggage.
Overall, a fantastic experience — reliable, professional, and personable. Highly recommend this company for group tours!

The bus showed up on time. We got regular updates of its location. The driver Jorge Pizarro, was very courteous and accomindating.

On Time Drivers were great the only issue was the big bus air conditioning was not working

I booked a bus months in advance for a work trip. We were 700 miles from home and were relying on the bus to take us to the airport (2 hours away). I had 23 people waiting for a bus that never showed up. I called and was told it would be 3 hours before a replacement could be provided and the reason for all of this? The local contractor had not checked their schedule - again, this had been booked for months.

Chartered two buses. Both arrived on time, drivers knew exactly where to go and also return. Felt safe in their hands.

From the Sales people to the driver Scobey everyone was professional and will to help as we made small adjustments to our needs. The bus was clean and efficient, we had a small issue one morning and they where ready with alternate services if needed. We will you them again for future trips

Overall a great experience for our seniors and family members at Nikkei Senior Gardens to attend a Dodger game at Dodger Stadium. CharterUp was well prepared and kept to our schedule with no issues. Donovan, our driver was fantastic. Not only was he an excellent driver, he went the extra mile to ensure that our seniors, especially those that need a little extra assistance, were safe and well cared for. We look forward to using CharterUp again and hopefully we can have Donovan at the wheel!

The communication from the company through the whole process and the driver.
However the reason it is not getting 5 stars is because 2 days before our trip, I received a message that we would not be receiving the size bus that we committed to and was quoted. We would receive a vehicle that sat about 20 people less.

What made my experience great is the professionalism from booking to the day of my trip. Everything was handled well and smooth with no hassle. I spoke with patient, competent representatives who always answer all my questions. I love the way the company operates, however, I would have loved to receive an image of the bus I was getting (of the exterior and interior).

I want to make to add something on the awesome driver I had- Mr Lee!!! Claps to Mr Lee as we saw he was an experienced driver, kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. He was the best!!! All trip attendees liked him. I received so many compliments of Mr. Lee! Great driver! He made the company look even better!!!

Extremely Disappointing- $25,000 loss and Absolutely no Meaningful recourse or assistance. We had $25,000 tied up in booking, and when circumstances forced the cancellation the company would not allow us to work with their3rd party provider to attempt to reschedule, they refused to accommodate the request. Regardless of what may be buried in the terms and conditions, treating a customer this way after collecting $25,000 feels inherently unfair and completely acceptable. There is a major difference between enforcing a cancellation policy an refusing to make a reasonable effort to help. Based upon our experience I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to not utilize its services. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews on Better Business Bureau - a definitive pattern of conduct with zero accountability to customers.

The driver and a technician quickly solved a malfunctioning windshield which allowed us to arrive on time as scheduled?

On time, clean, and courteous. Exactly what we were looking for.

Our experience was one of a kind. Truly I can recommend their services. Smiling faces, taking initiatives be punctual all i can summarize in a blink of an eye. Soo thank you so much for your service.
