As a black man I couldn’t recommend this experience enough.

Hair transplants have become very common and popular these days but examples of good clinics for my type of hair aren’t.

I decided to trust MetropolMed and they were brilliant from start to finish, answering every question and being very clear about any procedures. I chose to have a 3 months care kit, which again was explained very clearly to me.

From the very beginning I felt genuine care and the whole process of getting from the airport to the hotel and finally the clinic was all handled by the clinic.

During day one I even had time to visit the city, it was my first time in Istanbul!

See you in 12 months where hopefully I’ll be even happier :)

What a fantastic experience. Not only am I absolutely delighted with the results of the Hair transplant I received in November 2025, I am so satisfied with the experience I received thanks to the team at metropolmed. From first contacting them, they were super helpful while also being hands off and not pressurising me with constant messages. After booking they gave me tonnes of helpful information, answered any questions I had and even helped me in recommending some activities for my few days in Istanbul prior to the op. The surgery itself was painless (albeit a little uncomfortable) and the professionalism of the staff put me at ease. As for the results, I started to notice good results after 4 months and now after 7 months, I’m completely satisfied already. They also have a dedicated aftercare team available on WhatsApp who answer any questions and keep you on the right path post op. I can’t recommend them enough for a hair transplant. There is no need to pay a fortune somewhere else when you get unmatched service from Metropolmed.

I only have good things to say about the clinic, everybody very polite, the doctor, the technicians and the receptionist were very helpful with all the requested services. I had a hair transplant, and now it’s just a matter of waiting for the results

Everything Was great, they look after the patient the whole time. Specially I would like to mention Ahmed, who welcomed us and helped with everything from translation to washing my head at the end. Had my hair transplant at MetropolMed and couldn’t be happier — my hair looks fantastic, exactly what I wanted. Great price for the quality of the result too.

The whole experience was top-notch: nice hotel, transfers arranged, and they sent me home with a six-month supply of vitamins and care products. They even checked in every month to see how my recovery was going.

The procedure isn’t the easiest thing to sit through, but it was 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Ik heb een haarimplantatie laten doen. Ik ben super tevreden over het resultaat en over de klantvriendelijkheid. Na de behandeling heb ik amper pijn of opzwelling gehad.

I had seen at two of my friends did their transplant here and result was very good. Then I decided to do the same last July.

I was entrusted in very capable hands. Incredibly satisfied with the personnel and the care they provided whilst I was at the clinic. The nurses are very gentle and kind as well as the coordinator. My desired result was taken into consideration and I am sure I will have a good recovery and can reach out to the fabulous team if or when necessary

Absolutely amazing, very welcoming staff from airport arrival until departure. It is being 6 months and I see big progress in my transplanted hair so far I'm really delighted and I would recommend anyone going hair transplant to go to METROPOLMED.

Excellent service, I was a little skeptical after a less than optimal experience. Luiana and the staff did a masterful job of coordinating appointments, explaining the steps of the treatment and setting up the post-treatment follow up.

Very professional and took very good care of patients, overall I am very with results
