Metro Rod Truro in Cornwall. Excellent service cleared my blocked toilet with jet rod. Responded within an hour. An efficient and friendly service. Competitive pricing better than Dino Rod.

Got a phonecall on the day stating rough ETA. Guy was respectful of my property. It ain't a nice job unblocking a blocked drain yet he was always polite. Great service 💯

Efficient service from Metro rod

The engineer was a great guy , very professional, efficient, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much ...
My blocked pipe was was unblocked, water running freely.
Afterwards everything was cleared and tidied. Couldn't expect anything more.. Highly recommend Metro rod.
Excellent service.

The engineer arrived like planned, very professional service, kind and polite attitude, dealt with job without any problems, all done and sorted at the high standard, thank you 😊

Prompt efficient service

Called and they were there within 3 hours
Not chasing money up front
Chris was polite and did a professional job,unblocking the drain.
Put the magic eye up and identified what could be the problem.
Gave me a bill to phone the office & pay.
Will be using again if required.

Drain Blockage, replace broken pipes

Turned up on time , the two lads were very pleasant and professional. They explained exactly what was wrong and solution to fix problems.
The job was done in about 4hrs or so considering there was quite a bit of digging to do, the site was left tidy and clean.
I can truly recommend Metro Rod.

Scandalous

Came out, told me it was a united utilities issue but charged me £160 for the call out. Which I had to pay cash to them. Followed up several weeks later by a phone call asking me to settle my bill.

The representative from Metro Rod was…

The representative from Metro Rod was really excellent. His attitude was one of I’m going to sort out this blocked waste pipe major problem and he did-he succeeded where three previous firms had failed. I won’t name him for sake of data privacy but we will ask for him by name again -the customer service was exemplary.
