Local Services Drainage レビュー

Very responsive and knowledgable engineers and helpful in giving advice on the works needed. Professional and I recommend.

Quick response from this drainage company. Team was sent out the next morning to assess/diagnose the drainage issue. Following morning another team came to resolve the drain blockage. Work was carried out by well trained team which I could not fault at all and very pleased with the outcome and tidyness on completion of the job.
A full completion report with guarantee was sent, so a very professional service was given. Well done.
Only downside... I thought, a tad expensive.!

The representative was very professional and knew exactly how to resolve the block in the drain. Explained what and why the blockage was happening and what the long term solution was to fix it.
Very pleased with outcome.

Excellent service, very courteous and knowledgeable person answered my enquiry and asked lots of questions, so I felt confident they understood the issue with my blocked drain. This was immediately followed up with an email confirming our appointment. The engineer telephoned and kept us informed as to when he would arrive. Engineer was extremely helpful and courteous and resolved the issue promptly. We would definitely use this company again and would be very happy to recommend them.

Very good work done by James.

James ended up coming early which was great as he called to say he on way …. He was so nice polite efficient and obviously knew what he was doing … in the process he ended up clearing a blockage further down … so all in I’m very impressed and thankfully I can now wash up … thanks so much to James

The two guys turned up today to fix a very difficulty drain job. Higor and Owen came with positive attitude and competence and completed the job the same day. We could not have asked for two better engineers. So thank you guys, a job very well done. Linda & Mick

The work was carried out speedily. The young man explained what he was going to do. The site was left clean and tidy

Excellent service, no mess anywhere and very polite workers. We were told of the cost of repairs before work was undertaken, and there was no pressure to use them for the work. Would definitely recommend them.

The technicians were all very pleasant and helpful. They explained in detail what needed to be done.

The Operative contacted me 20 minutes before his arrival and within 2 hours of my initial call to the Company. He cleared the inspection chamber which was full, then explained and showed me the reason for the blockage. Before advising a pressure wash he checked I was already aware of the cost and explained the benefits of removing years of built-up timescale. It was evident afterwards that the pipes and chambers were in a much better state and he had cleared more than just a blockage. The cost was competitive, slightly lower than I expected for the work done. The service I received from initial contact to job completion was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate engaging them in future.

The tradesman was prompt and efficient. The drain was cleared quickly.

Local Services Drainage were very responsive, extremely professional and informative. Their friendly, no nonsense approach was refreshing and they were quick to analyse my problem and recommend a fully costed solution. The cost did not vary during the whole process. They showed me what the TV system was revealing in the drain and then fitted the agreed solution quickly. The team were neat and tidy and delivered exactly what we agreed to time and cost. I was very pleased.

I would highly recommend this company. I called them thinking I had a blocked toilet. They were very prompt with an appointment, which was great. They kept me updated of their arrival time. On their arrival they informed me it wasn't a blockage and I needed a plumber. There was no charge but they still gave me a curtesy call to ask if I was happy with the service. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company again and would definitely recommend others to give them a call. Thank you guys!

Following a little hiccup with logistics, we were very pleased with the work carried out by Steve and his dutiful apprentice. They were friendly, informative, and enthusiastic. They worked efficiently, and took care in keeping our grounds clean and tidy.

Your service was exemplary. Presently we are a family of six so it was much appreciated that your technician arrived within three hours of our distress call to your office. He was most helpful in solving the blockage speedily and with good grace.
