Our recent one was in August for umrah, he kept going back and forth with us to get the right package, he got us excellent hotels and transport was included was a stress free umrah and he also checked in with myself throughout the trip.

Metro Travel provide excellent transfers to and from airport and Makkah-Madeenah. Very comfortable.

Makkah + Madeenah hotels were excellent. Distance from haram was very close.

Makkah breakfast was excellent.

Metro Travel contacted at core times to remind of upcoming travels with hotel confirmation codes close to transfer times.
Also checked up on us during our travel.

Would 100% recommend them and also would book again with them too.

Everything was done smoothly with no hassle which we really appreciated.

My family have been booking flights with Bilal for many years and we have never had any issues. Metro travels is a very honest travel agent who prioritises good customer service.
Last year we were planning on going umrah so we contacted Bilal metro to book our full package.
The experience was brilliant and the hotels were very close to the haram. The transport driver was very good. The checking in at the hotels was very quick. This made the whole trip experience very smooth. I would definitely recommend to use metro travels for Umrah packages and will hopefully be booking again with them soon.
