I needed assistance after placing an order to make sure I ordered the correct parts and they immediately picked up the phone and guided me through everything necessary to confirm my purchase was correct. After getting the parts in a relatively fast timeframe, I watch their instructional videos and installed the products quite simply. The attention to detail for packaging and production was as expected, and I was very happy with the overall end result.

Worked on a special project for my Tahoe with the owner Jesse. Needed some custom 3d printed and CNC badges made and his cooperation and attentiveness was top notch. Hard to find such great customer service these days and these guys really have the old school touch. Plus the end results and craftsmanship is better than I could have imagined. Give these guys a try!!!

Had the pleasure of buying in person and having them do an installation. I purchased their HID headlight upgrades and they were very helpful scheduling and installing the product. Incredible upgrade over stock lights, and pleasure to deal with.
If you are looking for great customer service, look no further as that is exactly what I expected and received.

I received an email this month denying my refund request. When I returned their item months ago within the window through UPS. Then when I tried to reach them over the phone they never answer or call back. Don't order from this company and waste your hard-earned money.

Ordered an LED license kit on 11/17/25 and haven't even gotten tracking information. I'm beyond confused as to why is taking so long? Amazon is a multi-billion dollar company and you still get your items in 2 days! I don't understand why we the customer are treated this way? I mean, I paid over $16 for shipping and have been waiting 8 days now? I will update my rating accordingly as soon as I'm able to receive the kit and test it.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve purchased a number of items to upgrade my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Every item I’ve ordered has been well made, well designed, and required no modifications. The fitment has been perfect and shows an attention to detail that nationwide chain suppliers can’t match. Best of all, MFC has open visibility on a number of social media groups and often reply to questions about their products directly to the enquirer. I still have my Cherokee and will continue to be a MFC customer until my Jeep is retired.

Always great to have an amazing company help out with the kl platform. I’ve gotten many diff items and everything was always great and as timely as they could. Sometimes the wait was a lil longer than I would have liked but I understand they are a small company. When I had questions I’d get quick responses and they were always professional. Will be ordering more items soon!

Well I purchased the 7" lights for the hybrid tubular bumper.....after a period of time I had a problem with the lights flickering on and off....I contacted Jesse we tried a series of problem solving but couldn't pinpoint the problem lastly he sent me new lights which were covered by the warranty and which solved the problem!!!!! Thanks jesse

Nothing but good things to say… especially packaged and timely delivery of product. Instructions are very straightforward and quality is superior to others. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

This was my first experience with them and will definitely not be my last.

Buyer beware! If these are truly veterans, they are dishonorably discharged ones! They basically are not reasonable for anything. I wish this allowed to post pictures. I would show how their return policy is listed. 50% charge on an already overpriced item. I am stuck with a $20 product that cost me over $112! We were misled by the pictures that are not with the product. Shop elsewhere or be sorry and out of your hard earned money. This retired disabled veteran warned you.

Multiple orders never received and Jesse the owner lies multiple times over and over until it's too late to do a chargeback

By far the worst company I have EVER delta with laughable order fulfillment times I'm convinced they don't stock anything and just take orders untill the have enough to get to the min needed to get a shipment from China. Complete joke

Went to the webpage, made an order, paid for it... never got any follow up about my order, they never replied to my emails asking for the status of the order, it was never shipped of course, so after a little bit more than 1 month of no communication at all, I just did a claim of the charges with my credit card and thankfully got my money back.

I've ordered almost every product from MFC. The quality of each product is built to last with simplicity in mind. Each order, aside from the special Made to Order products, arrived within the given time frame. You can tell their products go through a very strict Quality Control process.
Some of the best on the market for the KL platform, hands down!

My experiences with MFC Offroad has been fantastic. Jesse is very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate his customer support if/when the need arises. Searching online some will talk a lot of crap about MFC Offroad but I find pretty much all of that to be untrue as their is also a whole Facebook group dedicated to doing nothing but making false statements regarding MFC in an attempt to steal customers away.

Amazing products i waited and got my order ahead of the timeframe mention on the website, the quality is very good i will buy again thank you MFC for making products for the cherokee

I contacted Jesse, Owner of MFC Off-road on multiple occasions. He provided valuable insight for my issue, that was NOT an MFC Product related question. It was a KL Cherokee issue. I have ordered 10+ products from MFC that are of high quality and overall durability. I highly recommend MFC Offroad parts and customer care/service.

This is not a company! This must be a guy in his garage! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They WILL NOT Answer the phone, they email back days later at midnight and are not helpful at all, I spent thousands of dollars on their long travel kit and the jeep is undriveable! The will not call me back! RUN AWAY!!!!
