I've just moved into my rental apartment and the experience with MGY was super smooth. From the viewings to contract paperwork, everything was always as planned. I've had a few viewings with MGY before finally finding my place and they are a helpful bunch. Sian especially from Radyr Lettings office was not only very knowledgeable and thorough but also very nice and approachable person.
I've had minor issues after moving in and their maintenance department was very quick fixing them. I'd recommend their services.

Really easy process in renting a property, if any issues arose, Dawn was back in touch the same day to resolve them.

Process was transparent, quick, and professional.

Managed to find my new home and move within just a few days. Thanks again to Dawn for making the whole process so easy and straightforward.

Exceptional service from Vicci at MGY

MGY recently sold a flat for me in Cardiff. It was not the easiest of sales as the apartment block had minor cladding issues, and some lenders would not lend. Without the help and professionalism of Nicky Griffith in the Sales Progression team, I do not think the sale would have progressed. Nicky was proactive in trying to resolve issues as they arose. She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise her highly enough. Further, all the members of the sales team in Cardiff Bay were very approachable and friendly; though a special mention should go to Becky Thompson for finding a buyer quite quickly. Would I use MGY again - Yes. Would I recommend MGY to others - Yes.

Currently Renting a house through MGY. The whole experience has been fantastic and i cannot recommend them enough. After a recent change over of tennants the whole experience was seamless and i was impressed with Sian and Melissa with the way they kept me updated with all the necessary information. This has made it effortless for us to fidn the most suitable tenants for our office units, as we both lead hectic lives.
