Michael Spiers Jewellers レビュー

The Exeter team are wonderful they managed to get a watch in and We travelled 250 miles because we love the customer service and felt valued. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Max for spending time with us in November and for the call from Jeramy and the appointment on the day this week with Lee, it was worth another trip down. Thank you for making it a very special moment for my first purchase with you. Good luck to you all for 2026! ( see you again soon!)

As my last visit the team are very helpful and welcoming .

I am 100% satisfied with my purchases and the whole experience of shopping at this amazing store. The staff are all friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable , with particular thanks to Natasha, Lee and Sam. I would definitely recommend the store and would not hesitate to shop there again. Many thanks!

A very welcoming environment. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff who kindly brought in the item I was interested in from one of their other stores. Other options were available in store.

Great and personal service from Abbie, providing helpful advice while being patient with my indecision.

What a Service!
Absolutely blown away by the friendly, professional service from Emma,Abby and Austin when we went to buy a gorgeous Mont Blanc fountain pen for my son’s birthday. We were treated like royalty from start to finish,in a calm, relaxed manner.Nothing was too much trouble, and we came away totally satisfied with both our experience,(really impressive!),and our purchase.

Thank you so much to Sean who assisted me in buying a replacement engagement ring (the original I lost doing gardening). He was patient as I looked at a few and got it resized quickly as I don’t live in the area. I highly recommend this jeweller.

In 2023 I was fortunate enough to attend a Patek Philippe exhibition hosted by Dani and Gio at the Truro Showroom. It was not only an education but an amazing spectacle of luxury timepieces. Since that day, Michael Spiers at Truro has been my favored Authorised Dealer and Independent Watch Retailer.

I have been impressed by their knowledge, passion and particularly their ability to analyse personal requirements with such accuracy and speed. In my experience, the help and guidance they provided was precise and complete. Their communication skills are superb, and they are always eager to advise, whenever required.

During my lifetime, I have been in contact with a number of people who were outstanding in their particular field of business, but I have not met better professionals than Dani, Justin and Gio and I am delighted to have them as my contacts at the Truro Showroom.

Michael Spiers has a first-class reputation and an amazing track record spanning back to 1957 as featured in an interesting article I read in the Western Morning News last year.

I have no hesitation in commending Michael Spiers at Truro to anyone requiring their services.

I always buy from MS because of the quality of the service, the knowledge of the staff and they make everyone feel special, no matter the price of the goods being bought.

Excellent service as usual from the team at Exeter branch. The store itself is a treasure trove of items set in the gorgeous refurbished setting.
Assisted in a purchase with Sam and Nikki , very happy buyer. Thank you

Michael Spiers are fantastic. Great service, amazing range of products and an awesome team! Abbie and the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Last Saturday I popped into Michael Spiers, Exeter following a conversation I'd had on the phone with Sophie about my Rolex watch. I was greeted by Rosie who was able to repair the bracelet on my watch straight away. Great service from the point of me making contact to going into their store.
Many thanks.

I've just received my Tag Heuer Carrera day date automatic via an online purchase from Michael Spiers. I made an enquiry about the watch whilst abroad on holiday via their online enquiry form. I received a very quick response from Suzy answering my questions, and after a couple of emails I decided to buy the watch. We sorted out the logistics of when to send the watch to me making sure I was back home from abroad to take delivery. I have to say Suzy made the whole experience absolutely amazing and trouble free. Nothing was too much trouble. On receiving my watch today it was very well packaged but also had a lovely touch inside, a hand written thank you card from Suzy at Michael Spiers, and direct contact details if I have any questions or problems. This is my 5th Tag Heuer watch and following my very positive experience from Suzy at Michael Spiers I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Thank you Suzy for all of your help, advice and going out of your way to accommodate my dates for delivery. An absolutely amazing experience, keep up the good work! Craig

Walking into Michael Spiers in Plymouth is like walking into a mates house. Always met with a smile, a warm welcome and an offer of a cup of tea or coffee. Recently purchased the Rolex watch of my dreams that will stay in my family for generations. Austin explained the workings of my new Sky Dweller is such a easy way and now I know how to amend the settings instantly; far more simpler than online videos. I will be back again for another purchase. Thank you.

Bought a watch online , spoke to lovely lady Victoria who arranged delivery as I needed within 2 days . Every went smoothly and I very happy with the watch.
Thank you to everyone involved and big thanks to Victoria

My husband has been looking for a particular rolex watch for years, we had met Justin on previous visits to the store. When we arrived we were offered champagne the staff were very attentive whilst we waited for Justin.
Justin was amazing, patiently discussing features unique to this watch

Rolex dealers. But can’t buy a Rolex watch from them . Watches in the window are not for sale . Best avoid this overpriced shop . Say there’s a waiting list but it’s all a con .

I dealt with Hannah again. Once Again she was very helpful and friendly. I have bought a couple of watches from her and look forward to hearing from her again.I highly recommend Spiers and Hannah in particular.

So thanks

Mark

Recently purchased a watch from the store. Had the pleasure of dealing with Tom and Austin, excellent service all round, look forward to using them again

Collected my watch from Austin in the Plymouth branch this past weekend. Fantastic service as usual and over the moon with my purchase.
