Going through such a life-changing operation, Micro FUE Turkey made sure I feel special and welcome. From the moment your personal driver picks you up from the airport in a lux car, all the way to the hotel and the hospital. During the stay at the hotel, every staff member was friendly and caring to offer you a comfortable time, before and after the 8 hour-long operation. Micro FUE Turkey will assign an assistant to escort you and make all arrangements for a stress-free stay and will follow up for as long as necessary to make sure you have a satisfying result.

I underwent two hair transplant surgeries at this clinic. The doctors are professional and courteous, and the staff is very friendly. The last procedure took about 8 hours. The clinic provided lunch for both me and my wife, who was waiting for me during the surgery.

After the surgery, I received necessary medications and a 10-day post-operative care kit. There is also an option to purchase an additional 6-month hair care and recovery kit.

I underwent a hair transplant with Micro FUE Turkey in May 2024 in Istanbul. After waiting the required 1.5 years for the final result, I am deeply dissatisfied and consider the procedure a failure.

1. Failed Medical Outcome: I was promised total coverage, but the current result shows minimal difference from my initial bald state. This procedure failed to deliver the outcome guaranteed prior to payment.

2. Severe Service Failures: The entire experience was a nightmare. I was promised VIP service but was left without my pre-arranged transfer. Most alarmingly, due to the clinic's rigid mandatory cash-only payment policy for the substantial fee, my stay was severely complicated. This led to an incident where my hotel room access was restricted until payment was forced through restrictive bank withdrawal limits.

3. Zero Accountability: I filed a formal complaint with management regarding the poor result and the egregious service failures. The clinic failed to honor its own internal deadlines and ultimately refused to offer any partial financial compensation for the failed procedure.

Damage to Reputation: As everybody knows, Istanbul, Turkey has become the hair transplant capital of the world thanks to the skills of their surgeons and advanced techniques. It's a shame that clinics like this one damage this reputation. My review is about this clinic and not the entire body of world-reputed experts.

Final Conclusion: They are highly focused on securing cash payment but provide unsatisfactory long-term results and unprofessional service. I urge caution and cannot recommend their services.

A few weeks before the operation there were 3 really bad reviews about the clinic, after looking further into the clinics reviews many seemed fake, I also noticed reviews had been left from staff members that I had communications with working for the clinic. I contacted them and explained due to the recent bad reviews I didn’t feel confident having the procedure done with them. I asked if I could use my deposit money in credit for products, they refused this

Overall experience was great! Actually better than I anticipated. They even gave me an extra night of accommodation due to my incompetence of not resting and going shopping on the second day after surgery. Great communication great service and great people.

From the nice Istanbul airport to the 5 star hotel to the 5 star international hospital, the procedure felt easy and smooth, and the results are outstanding. Highly recommend.

I was promised 4000 grafts of hair. 2000 of them were supposed to be on the hairline, 1000 on crown and 1000 everywhere else. The technicians who didn’t know any English, put me on an extremely dirty chair and in best case scenario implanted 800 hair follicles on my hairline, and 1000 everywhere else. The hairline looks so empty and looks like bald people, the crown is almost the same as before. In the middle of the procedure, my blood pressure decreased so much that I was about to faint, yet there was not a single Dr who could come, visit and help me. Please stay away from this - so-called clinic - at all costs.
