Great Payroll and Time Attendance software! Easy to use, plenty of features, reasonably customisable.

Microkeeper is so flexible - rostering and timesheets accommodating multi layers (site, task) structured specifically for our business significantly streamlined our workforce management processes.

We implemented Microkeeper about two years ago, and it has honestly been one of the best systems we’ve introduced into our business.
Before Microkeeper, payroll was extremely time-consuming. With a high number of full-time employees regularly taking personal leave and annual leave, we were manually adjusting leave balances for up to 20 staff every single week. It was exhausting and left too much room for human error. Since moving to Microkeeper, those issues have completely disappeared. The system calculates leave accruals and deductions perfectly — we no longer have to double check or manually correct anything.
It’s also significantly reduced time theft. The time and attendance tracking is reliable and transparent, which has created much better accountability across the team.
From a payroll officer’s perspective, the platform is very easy to use and has saved me countless hours. Everything is streamlined — from timesheets to leave management to reporting — and it’s all in one place. The staff also find it simple and user-friendly, which made the transition smooth for everyone.
Another huge benefit for our industry is being able to track compliance requirements like driver’s licences, white cards, and other expiry dates. Having those reminders built into the system gives real peace of mind and helps us stay on top of everything without spreadsheets or separate tracking systems.
Customer service has always been excellent. Whenever we’ve needed assistance, we’ve been able to get through to someone quickly, and they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable.

great make wholeheartedly as a beginners guess! ! For me, I bought a same iPad Stand Elite - Desk Mount same 1 separately from a extra lesser cost supply man this times spending , locally. I did not know which set from whom to get it and did not overhear of your firm yet, so we did made a soft decision to wait longer and go with a cheaper brand panel ? though an -alternative- stock of this mobile telephone stand, with a similar company , before entering the buy, & grazed this item after online with my same level eyeliner body feature having the mobile stand directly next to me. The little mount stand fits right, sort of! This one product when bought is from a ‘different’ supplier , no different in weight, when looked at it on the web before buying it, that is quite good but needs to be replaced soon here for me, got its scratches and dust deposits & slips the phone makes & nots strong too to hold any phone like an iPhone I had.with good commenting on that future purchase. would purchase off microkeeper next in line. it as they have great mobility and flexibility or higher widths + a square shaping rather than long waiting to put the phone on its stand, or spreading the phone out and this device keeps it linear not floating, great shop to be. My own fav is the stand! Do buy from them if looking for more stability options , no where else really who when thinking of getting the 1? We’d buy like you would ? My view stands to count for winning and buying in practise ? , from regarding there web promo & stocks . It’s likely then my one is normally used and for home and business work purposes and for doing timesheets, their product is adjustable and faster if i compare then two. I urge to not trust some cheaper seller as I did. stick with your guns, do try non conspicuously or ancient forms, unlike this store put by!

Very cost effective and feature rich system. Having a Mobile app for use by staff is great. Highly recommend for small business.

As a payroll officer for multiple locations, Microkeeper has been fantastic. Eliminating many human error issues.

Microkeeper has been such a great investment for our small business. As the administator, but also an employee that uses the program, my favourite feature is the new messaging part of the app. This allows us to send group messages to particular staff or all staff.

Our business historically processed payrolls through a competitors payroll software. After years of broken promises and constant bugs that increased the payroll processing times tenfold we made the switch to Microkeeper. This has been a great investment with payroll processing times greatly decreased, an excellent userfriendly UI and exceptional, quick customer service which is only a call away.

We've been using Microkeeper for 3 months now, and it has completely transformed the way we manage payroll and rosters. The automation features have cut down our payroll processing time by an impressive 70%, allowing us to focus more on other aspects of our business.

I've been using Microkeeper for my growing not for profit, with numerous departments, and rather quirky pay rate rules, etc. And Microkeeper has been such a time saver. What used to take me up to an hour with 8 employees now takes me less than 20 minutes with up to 19 employees with various rates, rules, timesheets, and such. I have also started playing with the Skills feature and see so much potential for our needs. Now to use the time I've saved to setup some Skills rules and save even more!

Efficient and effective while time saving

For a small micro business like my own, Microkeeper has been super easy to learn to use and supportive with an actual person to talk to when I needed help initially setting up.

I personally love the rewards program for myself but from an admin point of view I love how it predicts staffs leave so I don't have to calculate it myself.

I have found Microkeeper has reduced time spent on all things payroll. Its easier to process weekly wages, superannuation and ATO reporting. There is no need to manually produce payslips or group certificates anymore.

My staff sometimes have issues clocking on which means I have to adjust the start times for them. This is not an issue being a small business. If we were larger I would look at an alternative way for them to log on.

The guides section could use a search function to look up issues quicker.

Microkeeper has helped us improve our process managing our staff's time and attendance. We can easily review and approve timesheets, verifying employee hours, breaks and overtime.
