The machines and app are awesome

The machines and app are awesome. My biggest gripe is over the weekends or public holidays, no transactions get completed until the next business day.

New device, great customer service.

I recently received the new wireless touchscreen unit and it is head and shoulders above the previous one.
The people on the other end of the helpline are amazing and have been excellent the few times I have had to call.

My experience with Tyro has been very positive. What made the experience great is how easy and reliable their payment system is. The setup process was simple, and the EFTPOS machine works smoothly without frequent issues. Payments are processed quickly, which helps keep customers happy and reduces waiting time at the counter.
We use tyro’s best in west.

Always thinking about the customer


Always thinking about the customer before themselves. Quick service friendly staff. Its the best move I have made for my business and should have done it earlier.
Do yourself a favor if your business is with any of the 4 major banks and you want to save money this is who you need to be with.
