Microsoft Store レビュー 

I purchased this product believing they were associated with Microsoft. I received the product key and download instructions. I tried for 6 hours to set this up on my computer and it never worked. I attempted to contact the support team on the website, but it was a none working phone number. I reached out for a refund because I realized this company is not legit and they refused through a string of unprofessional communication.

Was sent a 2nd product key that worked successfully.

I'd say Microsoft Store was flawless if it wasn't for its sub-optimal UI. The UI is normally usable but with every passing update and every new element that is added to the interface, the app just slows right down (this can also be the case on Xbox consoles). In other words, I wouldn't go out of my way to use the Microsoft Store but if I have to, I will.

Product key for Project 2019 did not work. Sent message to vendor, no response...just a request for a rating.

Edit: Took 2 days but received a new product key that did work. Revising star rating.
