Microsoft Store レビュー 

I'm always wary of buying Microsoft products from a third party, but the Microsoft Store has come through for me each time I use them. Buying the license for Visio 2016 was much easier than downloading and installing, but the latter was of course Microsoft and not the Microsoft Store.

Great product!

I purchased the windows 10 but it wouldn't work on my laptop. I told them requesting a refund. They asked me to send a picture of the error I did and they processed a refund right away!

Installing program is not intuitive, but once installed it seems to work fine. The price is certainly right.

on May 24, 2024 We purchaged
MICROSOFT OFFICE 2021 HOME AND STUDENT FOR WINDOWS PC. Installed , and called Microsoft to activate, told Product key not valid. Upon advice again uninstalled and installed and got the experience, product key not valid. Called the phone # mentioned in the website 5 times. Got the message. Phone number not valid. Sent an email to refund the money.
Up on follow up we received new key and working now.thank you

My key did not work. They contacted me once, I sent them a picture then their email no longer worked.

Some negative reviews seem to come from confusion about how to install the .img format, or what it even is. I want to assure you that in my experience the company is trustworthy and the product works as expected. I purchased a lifetime license for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021.

In addition, I felt the following set of instructions may help explain the installation process.

Here's how to install it:

• Download the .img file: The software comes as an .img file (a disk image).

• Mount the image: Right-click the .img file and select "Mount". This creates a virtual disk drive on your computer, like inserting a CD.

• Run the setup: You'll see a new drive in File Explorer. Open it and run the setup application to install Office.

• Activate: After installation, open an Office program and enter the provided serial number.

• Unmount (optional but recommended): Once done, right-click the virtual drive and select "Eject" to unmount the image.

If you're at all interest, I explain what image files are below to provide additional context on what you're downloading.

Simply put, the .img file format is a file containing all the data you'd find on a physical disk, such as a cd, dvd, or even a floppy-disk.

By instructing your computer to mount the file, you are directing it to attach the file onto a virtual disk drive so that you may access and use the file's contents. This is similar to how you would place a cd onto the tray of a disk drive and close the tray so that it may read the disk and run the program (or image) on the disk.

I received the software and key soon after making payment. The download was slow but worked as it should after testing it out.

WIN 10 key worked as expected. I upgraded from WIN 7 following the link provided. As FYI, you install WIN 10, then once installed, use key to authenticate. Successful install of WIN 10 by deleting all programs, installing all WIN 7 updates, then executing fresh install.

Overall my experience was good. The only thing that kept it from being great was the response time after I contacted support was a little longer than I hoped.

couldnt get the software to work...couldnt reach customer service.
