I was trying to upgrade from 7 to 10. Program would not load. Decided to buy a new pc instead. Keep the $24 - you probably need it more than I do!

Product key did not work I essentially paid for nothing. I tried everything I saw online to make it work but nothing did. I couldn't activate Windows and now I'm out the money. I'm very disappointed with my purchase.

Purchased Office 2021 which went fine. But, install directions were confusing, product key not recognized & still unsure that complete. Icon displaying 2010, not 2021. Tried calling but after hours so just chat robot.

I never received an email with the code again. I asked twice but nothing has been sent to me. I wanted a refund but i have not seen it. Please someone respond with some action

i cant even click on an app and install it because it either says theres an error or i click on install but nothing happens (if i restart the store and look for the app it just says install again)

Something as simple as cancelling my game pass subscription has taken all morning and I'm still getting nowhere, at this stage I'm going to cancel my card and buy a PlayStation

No problems with purchase or download. Product is just as advertised.

In July I was setting up a new computer and purchased Microsoft Office 2021 from Microsoft Store. I downloaded it and installed it and it seemed to be working OK. Several weeks later when I went to use it and was asked for the Serial key which I entered from the receipt I received. When I entered the Serial key I received a message that the key was invalid. I have again download the software ans ask for the key get the same message. I an frustrated and find Microsoft very confusing.

they took my money and the product does not work at all, it just cycles the same questions over and over and is infuriating, there is no support and i never want to use microsoft ever again.

Quick, simple, straightforward. That's what I appreciate.

I have purchased Microsoft Office 21 for three computers now. It's so easy to do with Microsoft Store. I refuse to pay $99 a year to use Office 365 on my home computer. My needs are not that complex and Office 21 works great. It's easy to download, install, and get to work. I recently bought it for my son's new laptop for school and am very happy with it. It was super affordable and has been a quality product for me.
