The Key was a scam! I had to take it to my computer guy to fix it. It's also in US currancy not Canadian!

The price was right. The procedure was relatively straightforward, Everything worked.

I contacted them 3 times about registering my software. First response was ok, not great. Still waiting to hear from them about my 2nd and 3rd emails sent about registering.
I would not use them again.

I was very happy with my purchase. I just upgraded to Win 11 Pro on a new laptop I purchased. The purchase of the Win11 Pro key was very smooth. I instantly received my Key and then updated the Key in Windows without any issues. Their site is well designed and easy to navigate. I give them 2 thumbs up and will be back to purchase again in the future.

Purchasing process is easy and simple. Download speed is fast. Activating the product involves calling Microsoft, a bit hassle by Microsoft but acceptable.

I immediately notified you twice that my OS system would not allow me to run the program and asked for a refund. I sent them the screenshot of my message at their request and then they stopped all communication. Definitely a complete ripoff!!!

Once I selected the product I wanted, it was easy for me to follow the instructions for download. I appreciated being able to have the program completely installed in the short time involved.

I am sure that the installed Word, Excel, and PowerPoint run smoothly on my computer. I did not get chance to test Access, but I could confirm that it has been installed as well. I am very happy with this purchase.

Everything went so very well with the addition to my computer at a reasonable price.

I did not receive the full download and I needed more instructions on how to setup the MS Office 2021.
I recently upgraded to MS 10 OS and not sure if I need to uninstall the MS 365 app in order to install the Office 2021??

When I initially installed office it said the activation key was invalid. I contacted the help via email and they sent me a new key which worked.

I really, really, really dislike having to log into the mother ship to use windows and office. you all will get hacked eventually and I lose my privacy. This sort of crap makes me seriously consider using linux and libreoffice.

Mylene made my experience great. I have next to zero knowledge about all this computer stuff that it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable talking about it. Mylene made so comfortable and made the whole experience pain free. I may not have been Mylene’s best experience, but I am grateful for Mylene’s patience with me and all the help I received.

Bought software and couldn't get it to work. I asked for a refund but they denied me and never offered to help me figure out how to get it working. Really not happy with this company.

The product works well. The download link takes me directly to Microsoft website and the SN works!
