I've been shopping at Midnight Hour for a while now and keep coming back — their style is just so consistent. Every order has arrived on time and the quality is always exactly what I expect. It's become my first stop whenever I need to refresh my wardrobe. Genuinely one of the best online clothing stores I've used.

I ordered the Dark Essentials handbag. I had been looking for a handbag just like this one for a while. Dark, sleek, well constructed, etc.

When I finally received it, I was very disappointed. The fabric was extremely flimsy and had a plastic look to it. It already had a dent in it, coming out of the box. The fixtures looked wonderful online, but in person, they felt rickety. It was nowhere near the $66 price point! It felt like a play purse that you would give to a little kid.

I returned the purse. Unfortunately, Midnight Hour is going the way of many businesses and trying to make you pay an additional fee for "package protection". Isn't that the companies job? Why is that an additional fee? Isn't the consumer squeezed enough in the United States?

Long story short, even though I returned the item in perfect condition with the tags and packing material intact, Midnight Hour was kind enough to keep $16+ of my money in total shipping costs because I declined to pay for their "protection". My first and last order. Oh well.

Customer service was very kind and understanding. Exchange process is very efficient and helpful! Blazer is really well made and comfortable!

I have ordered clothes from Midnight Hour several times and have loved everything I bought. This last order was for the Moth to te Flame dress and for the Oxblood pants. They came very fast. I love both items. I will have to hem the pants since I’m 4’11.5”.

Lovely clothes, but a little pricey. I got a Midnight Hour gift card for Christmas. I was very happy to receive it and I ordered a gorgeous dress, but I don't think I would've done so if it wasn't a gift. I love it, though. Its a great item.
