First of all, love the clothes, they look amazing, but when something didn’t quite fit right on me or I didn’t like how it looked on me, they were understanding and worked with me and eventually I was able to use store credit to purchase a skirt and a dress that I really liked! Now they’re one of my go-to’s for parties, dates with my husband and they make me feel happy and cute! Another thing? Pockets are an absolute must and this dress I have has pockets? Like yes please 🙂‍↕️

I bought the fishnet combat open toe boots and they are SO cute and SO unique!!! I love them. I nearly always wear a US size 8 and I sized down to a 7 based on other reviews and they fit perfectly.

Exchange was handled promptly when I needed to return and item and get a different size.

The dress fit perfectly and the tights were more comfortable than expected. The tights were also a little confusing to put on but only because they got a little winded up. Otherwise I got so many compliments wearing both! I have sensory issues and was comfortable the whole time.

I've become a huge fan of Midnight Hour and am slowly replacing my entire wardrobe with pieces from the collections they have. Even when something doesn't fit just right they are so helpful and returns are fast and easy.

The blouse I purchased for my GF is lovely. Perfectly sized. Customer service was responsive when delivery was delayed. Only issue was the USPS, but that is adjacent.

I’ve ordered twice from them and every item was exactly as adverised, of high quality, and sized correctly. Both orders were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely intend to order from them again!

The exchange process is kinda shady. I exchanged items instead of getting store credit and was charged for shipping. As the order was over $150, had I taken the credit then ordered the same items I got in the exchange, I would have gotten free shipping. Items that are not returnable should also be more clearly labeled. If you buy multiple styles of an item and it doesn't fit, unclesr return policy means you are stuck with items you can't use.

I love Midnight Hour. I have purchased several outfits from them and have been extremely impressed by all their f them. The clothes are good quality and fit true to size. The material is comfortable and I get so many compliments about everything I have ever worn from Midnight Hour.

Service is always phenomenal even when I make mistakes ordering nothing is too much trouble. Love everything about this company xx
