They pay criminals affiliate fees to spam EVERYONE doesn't matter if children are targeted by their adult content they simply don't care I know this because of the amount of abuse reports I've sent

Midsummer Online B.V. Fraudulent Credit Card Charges: I had multiple charges from this company listed on my credit card statement.

I have never heard of this company or used any of its services or made any purchases from companies which use Midsummer Online B.V. as a payment processor.

All payments were taken on the same day. The bank blocked further transactions for higher amounts.

Either Midsummer Online B.V. is engaged in fraud or it allows others to charge amounts to stolen credit cards without the authorisation of the card holder or facilitates other scams.

If this happens to you: Report it to your card provider and they will block the card. Then report this fraudulent activity to Action Fraud (Police) or your country's equivalent.
