Affordable price and shipping. Shipped relatively quickly from the UK to the US. Also gave me a free bag of Haribo gummy candy, which was a fun surprise. If you are in the US and are hesitant to order, don’t be.

This is my second order but my first review. Ordering is simple with ordering, shipping and delivery within days. Best eye drops I have ever used. I now use only twice a day compared to every few hours with my previous eye drops. My eyes feel refreshed and moisturized. The buy 5 get 1 free is the icing on the cake!

I was a customer for 3 years with no issues until my eye prescription changed and I was sent the wrong linens twice in Feb 2026 and May 2026. There is no-one to talk on the phone to help, there is NO RETURN POLICY, NO REFUND POLICY.

DO NOT USE THEM. They are not honest people using vulnerability of clients.

I cannot get Miebo in the US because of the unreasonable cost. I bought EvoTears here at an affordable price with exactly the same ingredient. Perfect traction and speedy delivery.

The cost is definitely better than the eye drops that are offered here in the US for the same formula. Hopefully they will last me awhile as I ordered five in order to get one free offer. It took longer than expected bc they thought I ordered other things which I did not. They resolved the issue and I finally received my order.

This website was user friendly but the optimal Manuka eye gel was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had putting in my eyes . They tryed to say the burning was normal because of the honey but it was intense pain horrible pain !!! They were not very supportive and shud have refunded me in my opinion . So don’t expect support from this website with such a bad reaction .
