The product I eventually bought was not really what I wanted, but Michelle from Butterflies Eyecare only only read my review but responded with a suggestion of where to get the product I actually wanted. (I haven't bought it for years and it's hard to find.) Thank you Michelle, for going the extra mile.

I have been a customer of Butterflies Eyecare for just over 2 years and have found their service to be excellent every time. Products arrive as ordered and delivery from the UK to me in Ireland happens efficiently. When I've had an issue outside the control of Butterflies their customer service has been very responsive and helpful (thank you James). I highly recommend Butterflies Eyecare and in particular the Eyeseals 4.0 moisture goggles for night wear, which they sell. With nightly use the dryness and discomfort for my eyes in the morning or overnight is a thing of the past!

I bought the Tear Restore neutrawipe Ecco for my blepharitis which I have been managing for many years, these wipes are the best I have tried and I don't have to rinse off as I did with the other because they made my sensitive eyes sore. They are more expensive but due to the size you can cut in half and you also get more wipes in the box compared to others.

I will shop with Butterflies Eyecare again
Really pleased, I got exactly what I needed and superfast delivery came within 2 days. A trustworthy company and reading the other reviews it’s good to see they care about their customers.
The more good reviews the better, people are quick to complain but not so quick with praise when it comes to good customer service, we need to support good honest businesses.

Product prescription goggles are great, they have transformed my sea swimming!!! There was a problem with delivery which was addressed very quickly, no questions asked. They arrived safely in Ireland and I am delighted !

Butterflies Eyecare has brilliant customer service. Orders are always delivered within a couple of days. If there's any queries they answer the phone very quickly and are a able to deal with your query quickly and efficiently. I wish other companies gave the same excellent service that this company does.

I ordered the eye shields thinking that they would work with my full face CPAP mask. Without the mask, they were super comfortable and helped with my dry eyes. Unfortunately the mask wouldn't allow a good fit, not problem with the eye shields at all. My money was refunded as soon as I advised them of the problem. Excellent after sales service.

Received my first order of Cationorm from Butterflies Eyecare. Excellent service and thank you so much for the free sample, I will certainly try that dry eye solution too.

Great experience - was nervous to order since there aren't many TrustPilot reviews but they had a product I couldn't get locally so gave it a go. Product shipped and delivered really quickly with updates throughout.

I have used this company 3 times now and it’s always a great service. Prompt dispatch and delivery and I have also had to contact customer service by phone and found them extremely helpful with arranging a return.

The delivery service is amazing, products always arrive within 1 / 1.5 days of ordering. Good eye drops and they very often have multi buy deals. Would definitely reccomend.

Due to my blepharitis problem I bought the Blephastream from this company and find it is of great help with my eye condition. It really helps. It expensive but better than anything else you can buy on the market. The team at Butterflies are brilliant and so helpful. Particularly James. Highly recommend this company.

Called in to enquire about quite an expensive eyecare steam product, rather than just telling me to buy it they put me on to the optician who did a mini consultation and actually encouraged me to go and try a few home remedies before committing to the £350 purchase. Can ask for more integrity than that.

Don't normally complain but am really disappointed with Eye Care high tolerance mascara. Needed 3 coats to even look like l was wearing any after ages to dry between coats and then to be told l'm looking like a Panda was the last straw! Waste of £15

Got charged customs in Ireland when my order was 100 euros value, their website states that no customs will be charged upto 150 euros , the customs letter which came to my house had 169 euros value because of 2 free products inside it, so around 60 euros customs.

Butterflies were brilliant. I had to exchange an order due to me ordering the wrong colour (be careful to double check before confirming!). A quick phone call to them and they arranged a delivery that arrived the next day. I returned my unwanted item and the refund was in my bank account a couple of days later. Mascara is great too. East to put on and no allergic reactions. Thank you.

Omega Eye for my eye condition helped me so I have decided to subscribe regular deliveries which made the product more affordable (highly recommend). When it turned out that the subscription didn't go through as expected I phoned customer helpline and received not only good explanation as to what went wrong but also my order was dispatched the same day and I have received it the following day together with a little chocolate and sample. What a lovely touch. It's not very often these days that I get surprised so nicely so thank you very much. I will recommend you to all my friends and everyone I know.
