Ordered a laptop skin from these guys a few weeks ago, and only checked Trustpilot a few days afterwards. Seeing reports of poor quality, the wrong item being sent, unexpected charges, and poor customer service I was understandably concerned, however, I must say that my buying experience was completely fine. Customer service were responsive and engaged in response to a query, and while the skin did take a while, it arrived at my door in one piece and the fit and finish is very good. Honestly, it was really easy to apply if you've ever done a screen protector before. Can't help but feel like the people giving it a bad review for difficulty applying it are blaming the wrong person, considering that's not a flaw with the product. Considering that the price and range of offerings is superb, I'd recommend taking the chance, especially if it's your only real choice for your device.

After 8 days I emailed them asking where was the package. They sent me a tracking number, the item was never delivered to post office.

On the 9th day (after I sent email) item was delivered to post office.

They lied, item was never shipped until a day after I emailed them, a week later. Don’t send me a tracking number for an item that’s going to sit in your office for a week. Just because someone goes online and creates a label and emails it to you, doesn’t mean the item was shipped. Their word means nothing. Dishonest business practices!

Skin wasn't even for the right mouse, I ordered a deathadder not v2 skin. It had all kinds of weird slits all over the place not shown in pictures. I figured this was because of the shape and trying to stop creasing and such. Nope, this thing creased all over every time I tried to put it on, it is also way cheaper looking than what was pictured. Honestly don't even waste your time

As others have said, they have non-existent customer service. Contacted them with no reply what so ever. Skin was hard to put on as well. Look for another company. This is not the company you’re looking for. I’ve already steered 5 friends away from this company.

I ordered the wrong laptop skin by mistake. Realized about 10 min later and emailed. They shipped anyway.

Sent poor quality covering for MBP and Surface Pro 7. Has not answered any of the 3 emails sent to support asking for an RMA for refund. Cutouts do not line up with devices. I was forced to file a complaint to stop credit card charges. I would never do business with the company!!!

Beware if shipping to the UK, received VAT fee and surprisingly a handling charge of £8 which you have to pay before they will allow you to pick up. Whilst I have no issue with VAT, the handling fee is not disclosed in their website

Do not purchase from this company! The customer service is HORRIBLE and you will never get a resolution. I contacted them because I received the wrong skins for the remote and instead of correcting their wrong they gave me so much attitude and I still have not received my money back! BEWARE, they are scammers!

The price I paid and what I received do not match up. The skin was poor quality and a horrible looking color that was nothing like the website described.

USPS also damaged the package. The skin was creased in several spots. When I contacted MightySkins, they told me I have to pay for the return shipping...! Luckily, I pulled some strings with my local post office and was able to 'refuse delivery' after the fact for free return shipment.

There was nothing good about this experience with MightySkins.

Got it earlier than expected. Order a skin for the Spark Drone, not that it will not cover in it's entirety. You will see the red at the bottom so paint your drive first. The controller sticker is dope!

My expectations were met with disappointment after paying my full order price when my order arrived I had to pay a unexpected import charge for the UK.

I complained about this mightyskins did not offer to refund this import charge and it certainly wasn’t explained on their website that I could incur a further charge I’ve never experienced this type of thing before and I’ve ordered anything from the USA.

Mightyskins your customer service sucks -don’t order from this company use another company that values its customers more.

Tbh, after seeing some of the comments left by other users, I was concerned when my product didnt arrive on time and ended up lost in the mail. I contacted customer service through an email and they replied very quickly and professionally. I let them know the situation and they were more than happy to send another item free of charge. The carbon fiber skin feels and looks amazing. I'm sorry to those who didnt like service, but I have nothing but nice things to say. 5 stars, Will buy from them again.

Hidden customs charge of £12. Rubbish customer service - avoid.

I would not give a single star. This company is absolutely horrible I wish I would’ve saw this before I spent $30 on a custom skin and only received a cardboard tube to find out it was empty. I emailed them the first time and they wanted proof of what I got which is NOTHING. I sent them a picture of the tube and how it was empty and I got no response. I continued to email again and ask for a refund because at this point I don’t want anything to do with them. I hope that anyone else interested sees this review page first because all the reviews on their website are fake! It’s a shame.

Update: Mighty Skins acknowledged that they don’t, at this time, have a skin for the new Ring Stick Up camera, gen 3. Their skin is for gen 2. They provided a refund.

Vinyl wrap skin complete mis-match for the item, completely wrong, completely unusable. In this case, Ring gen 3 Stick up camera. Just throw you $10 straight into the trash

I will never again order from this company. You can delete my review on your website but you cannot delete the review here and the 10 other places i plan on posting this very review. They have horrible customer service and with my experience even if i got an item for free i will burn it live on YOUTUBE for the world to see.

I thought the designs id see was beautiful so first week before christmas i ordered a skin for my laptop within minutes of ordering i realised it will not fit and that i ordered the wrong size for my HP laptop. So i immediately sent an email to them and explained what had happened they responded the next day and said its too late now , cos order has been processed so the only thing i can do is i reject the mail when it arrives and make sure i dont open or use it . Ofcourse not - its not the right size so why would i - i told them.

9 days later the package was put in my mail box, immediately i saw the sender as Mighty SKins i went straight to the post office to return to reject the mail just as they themselves had instructed me to do (and i have email proof) - i did not register that mail - when you reject a mail you get no tracking. This item was mail 2nd week in December 2019. Today is Jan 31 2020 i keep emailing them every single week to find out if the package was received and they claim it was never received and that if i didnt track it that means its lost and there is nothing they can do about it. I told them well i didnt pay for tracking cos you told me to take to the post office and reject it and that is exactly what i did. It cost $25 and its money i have lost cos clearly they will still deny they received it But i want the world to know my experience.

Dont dare buy anything from them - You will be wasting your money.

since they deleted my review on their website - they have just made me more angry, i will make sure i post this in at least 50 social media sites for everyone to see and read my experience. I did not even know there were just as bad reviews from others on other website as i am reading now. I guess i am not the only one with bad experience.

This is 2020 - you cannot do this to people over and get away with it .

They don’t have a customer service number and they don’t answer emails and refunds don’t come until weeks on end a bad product too

I would NOT listen to a single negative review about MightySkins. I have ordered once prior and received the item exactly as expected. I just recently made my second and could not be more impressed with their service and I haven't even received my shipment yet.

I had a question about the size of the skin and my laptop and emailed their support for the last few days we have had constant contact, emailing pics of my laptop specs, and they have worked to ensure it was correct before sending it to print.

I cannot thank the support team enough for assistance!
