Friendly, professional and very good at what he does.

Despite reaching out for support, no one—including my own bank—was able to assist me. I was asked to complete numerous tasks to support my refinancing request, but ultimately received no help.

I was under pressure to get it done quickly or risk losing out on a great deal. It wasn’t until I was at my absolute limit trying to secure finance—knowing I could afford it—that support finally came through. Suddenly, everything moved quickly, with no time wasted. I understood exactly what was happening, and the service was fast—red hot fast.
