I was dealing with another mortgage broker and was getting frustrated with the lack of understanding of what my vision was
Once I spoke with Donald and went through what I needed, not only did he understand he took the reigns and got me to the final dream property
I would highly recommend Donald to anyone wanting a mortgage he has so much knowledge and takes the pain out of dealing with the banks

Our advisor did his utmost to facilitate a smooth transaction. The application was exacerbated by us being in a non English speaking country where the bank required official translation on documents. He developed innovative strategies and solutions to tricky situations. Additionally, he provided great advice on the way forward in facilitating the loan.

Just basic friendly service and easy communication. It's rare these days.

Donald really whizzed through everything which was great for the most part. However it did leave us a bit confused at times of what was going on and what was expected of us.
Overall though we really appreciated his efforts and we felt he did the best he could for us.
