Russell communicated in a "Frank" way that enabled John and I to know exactly what was and what was not possible. Russell was flexible, realistic and used his networks to help us to be in the best possible position, informed, prepared and confident! We were told again and again how stressful house buying would be, but Russell made the whole experience a breeze!

Russell was very open and honest when giving advice to my partner and myself. He made the entire process so much easier for us. I have recommended Russell to anyone I know looking for a home since he did such a great job!
