mein Anliegen wurde schnell und gut bearbeitet

Mr. Santos, the tech expert sent by Mila to install my new TV was a great help. As a 87-year old retired journalist with limited IT experience and very bad hearing capacity I was deeply impressed by his politeness and patience.

Schneller und zuverlässiger Service mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Uno scandalo che Swisscom mandi in giro gente incompetente. State alla larga da sti fenomeni, una truffa legalizzata e gente assolutamente non del mestiere.

Ich bin begeistert wie sich Herr Peter Bügel aus Bad Harzburg für unser Anliegen engagiert hat und sogar sein Tourenplan änderte ,nur damit unser Auftrag schnellstmöglich abgearbeitet werden . Vielen Dank Herr Bügel!!!

KEIN WUNDER HABENS SOLCHE SCHLECHTE BEWERTUNGEN!

Verabredet war, dass jemand 24h nach Bestätigung und vor Termin anruft.
Erst nach 7 Tagen rief jemand an, ich sagte, Termin müsste verschoben werden.
Rechnung kam trotzdem.
Typ behauptete, er sei da gewesen, aber Klingel sei nicht angeschrieben. Dies ist eine Lüge, darum schickte ich Foto mit Beweis. Dann änderte er Meinung und meinte, die Adresse sei falsch und er hätte Haus nicht gefunden!
Frau „Eliana“ im email-Kontakt will nichts davon wissen und beharrt auf Bezahlung!

18.09.22 - TV mit dem Servicepaket von Mila bei Otto gekauft. TV kam 2 Tage später, der dazugehörige Techniker nie. Anfangs noch die ein oder andere Mail, dann das Angebot, den Service zu stornieren. Nachdem ich das Storno abgelehnt hatte, gar nichts mehr. Schreiben und Anrufe bei Otto ohne Ergebnis. Nachdem die Riesenglotze über 2 Wochen unausgepackt im Wohnzimmer stand, Rücksendung an Otto geordert. Gruselig! Vermutlich war der Wohnort nicht genehm. Leider nicht direkt Berlin Mitte oder Frankfurt City.

I have booked an installation of the Amazon Ring doorbell via MILA AG. Unfortunately, every week the company keeps on postponing the confirmed appointment by another week, so it is a bit like 'Waiting for Godot'. They are obviously unable to provide this basic service so i had to cancel them.

Not only the back office is not recommended, but the entire system. Because the payment morale of the mediated customers sucks.
Most bills are not even paid by customers. As a company, "only" the way of operation remains. For this effort, I'll think twice about accepting additional customers through MILA...

In a well-run company, such poor administration by the employees of MILA AG would border on "refusal to work".

Although repeatedly (!) promised, there is no callback or information by e-mail.

Actually, one star is still too much.

Although I am subject to VAT, MILA does not (!) show VAT on the customer invoices...
