Absolutely dreadful company. Gutted I didn't read the reviews first. Placed an order for a GenePro G1 Rangefinder on the 21 August 2025 which was quoted as in stock. Eventually got an update stating it was now on Pre-Order.
I later chased for a response / update but nothing, no reply.
Then I chased again and told them to cancel the order. They finally replied offering a discount of $40.00 (I'm based in the UK?). I stupidly agreed..
Not seen the rangefinder or the refund / discount. I have since asked for a full refund and now they are not responding at all.
These people are beyond a joke, communication is awful. They take the money and deliver nothing.

Emails and still no RMA and label. There is no phone number to call. Contacted credit card company and will file complaint with Attorney General a better business bureau. Left negative review on their website and obviously they removed it. Will also follow with instagram

This product does not work. Slope measures are not accurate. I have more than 3 degrees between my leica range finder and the mileseey's. I checked with a Bushnell V6, -3° too. So you can't use it. I asked mileseey to solve the problem but i never received an answer.

Shipping took way to long for my item. It's been 27 days and still waiting. Had to buy another manufacturer unit that had the item in stock. So now it's worthless to me. So thanks for nothing Mileseey.

Been trying to get support for over a month..have devices that dont work as they claim.
First email to them was replied in two weeks...they said due to holidays engineer not in until tomorrow..that was 2 weeks ago...terrible..i have replied again...i get no where with this company.

I have the Mileseey D9 and it worked for about 6 months. Now i just get a calibration error. Tried to reach out multiple times for an RMA but no response.

Never recommend this company
I have been in the DIY industry for nearly ten years and have always been open to trying new products. However, my experience with Mileseey has been extremely disappointing. The precision of their products is significantly off, and the after-sales service is downright embarrassing.
Given the high prices, customers expect comprehensive support behind their purchases, but this company completely lacks any follow-up service. Once the product is sold, it feels like they are done with you. This experience has shattered my confidence in trying new products.
While I wouldn’t claim to be an expert in the DIY field, this feedback reflects my genuine experience with Mileseey. I cannot recommend their products based on my interactions.
Don't Buy… The worst shopping experience I ever had
I initially backed a product from this company on a crowdfunding platform, hoping to get something innovative. However, I quickly realized that their products are nothing more than copies of Reekon’s designs. The shipment was delayed repeatedly, and it took several months before I received anything. After receiving the product, I encountered issues and reached out to customer service for support, but they completely ignored me. I thought maybe I was just an isolated case, but after looking around, I found out many others had the same terrible experience.
The customer service is non-existent, and they refuse to help resolve any issues. I will never purchase from this brand again. Reekon’s success isn’t just because of the great products, but also because of their excellent after-sales support, which builds real loyalty. This experience has taught me the importance of doing thorough research before buying from any brand. This was hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
