A great product with a lot of neat useful features, but little documentation on how to use them. I was able to find the company YouTube page which has video tutorials. Shipping was really slow

Delivery was within a few days

Delivery was within a few days. Packaging was solid. Did a quick function test and it was spot on. Once you familiarize yourself with the tool you save time and get a faster workflow

Good product, but the support is extremely frustrating

I bought a product from Mileseeytools that is generally fine and works as expected. Unfortunately, the positive impression is completely overshadowed by their customer support.You have to go through endless back‑and‑forth, repeatedly provide the same information, and keep following up. In the end, you still don’t get a solution because the support simply stops responding. It’s very frustrating and leaves a poor overall experience.Good product, but customer service is highly disappointing.
