So far, this has been a great tool for myself and my service technicians. It seems to be a well built product and it’s going to be very helpful and diagnosing Hvac issues.

Lightning fast shipping. High quality product. Makes me want to measure things just for fun. Went back and read the manual to use all the features and it’s a huge time saver.

I received my S50 Green-Beam Laser Measure within a reasonable amount of time and the product, so far, is working great!

Great tool I have two red lasers but this one is by far the best outside!

This digital tape measure is extremely overpriced for what it offers. It feels bulky, is difficult to use, and the instructions are unclear - especially when trying to change the settings. Overall, it feels unnecessarily complicated and not worth the price.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Reliability and Poor Support. I purchased a Mileseey XTAPE1 because it seemed like an innovative tool, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After only three months of normal use, the green laser stopped working completely. The red laser still functions, and the display shows the green laser icon changing on and off, but the green laser itself never activates. I spent considerable time troubleshooting, searching for hidden settings, checking the manual, and looking online for a solution. Nothing fixed the problem. A measuring tool is only as good as its reliability, and a laser failing after just a few months does not inspire confidence in the product's quality. I expected much better durability from a professional-grade tool. Unless Mileseey significantly improves both product reliability and customer support, I cannot recommend this tool to anyone who depends on accurate, dependable equipment.

The product quality is great, and the delivery is fast.

Purchased it because they said they could ship to me....months later they contacted me saying they couldn't ship to me. My address was completely filled when I ordered it so what they accepted my shipping address when i ordered only to find out months later they couldn't ship to me is wild. I really wanted the item...im not in the middle of nowhere and have had many items shipped to me no problem.

Great tool works really well, great for all areas , I use it in home inspection.
Haven't had any issues as of yet so haven't had to deal with customer service...

Got approved for refund on a poorly functioning S7 laser. Then the company ghosted me after following their procedure for sending the product back. Paid for a shipping label, per their request. Sent them a photo of it. With no response in over a week.
