We had very little in the way of fixed ideas when we came in, just a few vague thoughts. Suzanne was very patient and quickly understood what we were looking for. She spent ages trying to hone our choices and we ended up with a great sounding venue in Sicily.

My travel specialist Suzanne had great knowledge as she had actually been on a similar holiday with the company we were looking at which is a specialist company who only do activity holidays in Finland. She found dates where I could travel alone at a good price so I didn’t hesitate to book on the spot and pay a deposit.

Ella-Louise was excellent in our face to face meeting, ensuring she understood what we were trying to achieve. When it was clear that you were unable to source the desired hotels she checked to see if they were still available so that we could book them ourselves. All this without stopping for lunch.
