The staff are very helpful at Clevedon. They nake you feel very comfortable.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Our travel agent Amanda listened to what we wanted and provided great options that suited our needs. The booking process was smooth, and all travel arrangements were clearly explained. Highly professional, and very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to travel to.

Staff helpful and excellant . Had 3 customer reps as we visited 3 times and staff were on holiday. Very impressed although different mbrs of staff (our fault going back on different days) but all staff briefed on our proposed booking. will definately use again

We've been talking about going on holiday for quite a while, but hadn't done more than browse the internet. Too many optiins online.
By chance, we were in Clevedon and popped into your shop on impulse.

Abby listened to our requirements and wishes, and found a great deal for us, with almost a perfect wishlist. Her guidance was invaluable.
