The advisor who assisted me, Craig Towle, was brilliant throughout, what for me, was a potentially stressful experience , but which was actually a very simple and straightforward process, thanks to Craig's expertise and patience. Craig assisted me with every step, found me the least expensive and most flexible mortgage provider , making the whole process simple, advising me further on life insurance and suggesting a really excellent and efficient conveyancing solicitor, who really worked hard for me on a time sensitive completion. I cannot recommend Miles Rhodes enough, they were thoroughly professional, but with a personal approach that made my house move easy, with no problems and delays. They really helped me in every step and gave me assistance with matters that would have been baffling and stressful with such a friendly approach that helped me enormously.

Liam was a fantastic advisor, understanding and patient for a first time buyer like myself.

Nicky has been nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire process. My wife and I just purchased our first home, we had spoken with numerous other mortgage brokers but didn’t really have a great experience and then a friend recommended Nicky and it’s the best recommendation we have ever received.

Buying a house, especially as a first time buyer can be daunting and stressful but Nicky was there every step of the way, she’s honest, genuine and a superb communicator. She walked us through each step of the process and was always there to answer our many questions. The best thing about Nicky though is she actually cares! She went above and beyond to find my wife and I the best deal and you could actually see how much it meant to her when we got the keys to our first home.

Her experience is second to none and her relationships with industry leaders certainly puts you at an advantage when it comes to getting the best product at the best price.

Also and it’s certainly a huge plus, Nicky doesn’t charge a fee which makes a massive difference to the cost of purchasing any home.

Craig was great with us and spent a lot of time understanding our requirements before presenting a range of options and discussing the benefits of each. We had some issues with the agent of the mortgage company but Craig helped and chased this up for us. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with Miles were great. I would clearly see Bhavin, the consultant I was interacting took the extra miles to provide me with the best service. His communication was clear and I could see him taking steps to ensure I was getting the best deal. Also he ensured we understood every steps

I would just to to thank Kevin for going above & beyond every step of the way. Our solicitor proved to be an absolute nightmare and Kevin was there helping us every step of the way. From the get go he was the most helpful & attentive broker we could of hoped for. Having used him previously to remortgage, We went back to him when we were up-sizing. He pays attention to detail, follows up on emails sent, contacts you to follow up on how things are progressing with your solicitor. The list is truly endless.
Will be very sorry to have to change brokers next time we re-mortgage but will definitely be going back to Miles Rhodes in the future.
