Ich habe Babykleidung ÃŒber diesen Onlineshop bestellt, da sie auf der Website als hochwertig und exklusiv dargestellt wurde. Die RealitÀt sah leider ganz anders aus: Die Ware war von extrem schlechter QualitÀt und eindeutig Billigware aus China â genau dieselben Produkte findet man auf Temu fÃŒr rund 6 CHF.
Ich fÌhle mich als Kundin ganz klar getÀuscht. Es wurde weder ehrlich Ìber die Herkunft noch Ìber die QualitÀt der Artikel informiert. Das ist nicht nur enttÀuschend, sondern meiner Meinung nach grenzwertig betrÌgerisch.
Ich habe den Shop bereits kontaktiert und fordere eine vollstÀndige RÃŒckerstattung sowie die Ãbernahme der RÃŒcksendekosten. Sollte keine Lösung angeboten werden, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert â hier wird mit dem Vertrauen von Eltern gespielt.
