This company is a scam. They are based in the Netherlands, ship from China. None of the clothing I ordered met with the advertised details - eg the material was advertised as linen and cotton but the garments were 95% polyester. They were badly made. When I asked to return the only option I had was to return to China at a cost at least 4 times as expensive as returning to Sydney and they have refused repeatedly to give me a refund. Do not buy from them.

This company is an absolute SCAM. There would be no redemption for this website.
The clothes look nothing like the pictures.
The fabrics feel like plastic.
The delivery took more than a month.
I am so annoyed with myself for being taken in by this bogus site.

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered 2 dresses. Both are not as advertised regarding the fabric. Poor cut, poor fit, poorly made, poor fabric. I would suggest not buying clothing from here. Now I have to pay to get them to China and maybe maybe although not hopeful of a refund. A long time getting delivered.

Ordered dress, heavily discounted although still expensive.
Arrived, really poor quality in which I tried to return. The company offered very poor discount, then ghosted me. I thought I had done my homework before ordering, should have checked on here first.
Proceeded with chargeback.

Ordered a dress, emailed them with no response at all, still haven’t received the dress … really angry 😡

Dont bother complaining or attempting a refund. AI generated response.

Ordered a 100% linen dress only to receive 100% polyester instead. Totally unacceptable. Have requested a full refund and will NOT be paying to return the dress as this is false advertising and against consumer law.

My daughter cannot have any synthetic materials on her skin . We ordered the dress based on the fact that it is advertised as being made from 100% linen but that is not the case .
The dress shows to have been made in China and is very different in quality and design as the one advertised. It has a label stating 95% polyester , the very material that my daughter cannot wear.
There are marks from the ink used for the stripes that have bled through/transferred onto the lighter colour.
Misrepresenting the material used is bad enough but the inferior workmanship is a crime!
$90.00 down the drain . I will report to consumer affairs and I have emailed the Milly & Mae Sydney scammers.
