BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I had seen some of these reviews before purchasing. Poor quality items. You will NOT get a refund on any items despite "Guarantee " and "easy returns no questions asked" on their website. This is NOT Australia company, dealing with China.

Scam site. Product is very poorly made in China and does not represent photo on website. Will not give refund. Do not use this site.

Buyer beware!! Scam!! Do not try to return for a refund. It is near impossible. After so many emails, I was left with a total refund of 30% (they ripped me off with that as well) and a pair of crappy shoes that are the incorrect size.They are not a shop in Melbourne, and never were, just another overseas scam.

I do not recommend Wattle & Vale. The shoes were overpriced considering the poor quality and looked and felt like a cheap product. The sizing was also incorrect, so I requested a return and refund.

Although the website gives the impression that this is an Australian business, I was told that I would need to return the shoes to China at my own expense. The international return postage is very expensive, making the advertised “easy returns” and “money-back guarantee” misleading in practice.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The products are overpriced, the quality is poor and the return process is difficult and costly.
