Ann, thankyou so much for this. We appreciate every client's business, but there is nothing more encouraging than when one is so generous as to share kind words like yours. We're delighted that you enjoyed finding something lovely with us (it was the Maple Leaf Diamonds ring, wasn't it?), and this has been shared with Mark and his manageress. It's great for us to hear clients' tales of returning to us over many years and of course we are ever so grateful for your kind words, which will be shared with Lindsey, Pauline and the workshop. It will be a hard Christmas for most retailers including us, so this encouragement is really very welcome. Thankyou for your kind review, Ju, but our shops are in Chester, Liverpool city centre and Birkenhead. The shop you have visited is one owned and run by cousins, but it is a separate business --- don't worry, perfectly fine and reputable, just not part of our four Miltons shops.

There can certainly be fantastic value in pre-owned jewellery and we're lucky that we get to buy or take in part-exchange so may lovely pieces from DMR, Boodles, Cartier, Rolex and others.
